Beautiful property close to everything! Very clean and inviting. The terrace was perfect for sipping wine after a long day of exploring the city. It was so close to restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay again!
VRBO was nice and looked like listing. Beds were queen size with nice linens and comfortable mattress Recommend better information on how to use stove and oven and tv as we were not familiar with Italian appliances. Also needed dish towels. Chairs on patio were not very sturdy so recommend

Visit to Italy while daughter studying abroad
Great location and use of space- some of the bathroom features need to be corrected- one of the showers would flood and toilets had issues flooding. Once we finally connected with the host- she was then responsive.
What a great place! Really makes sense if you are staying long term. The patio is huge, kitchen is great. Spacious bedrooms. In-person check in which was really easy. Wish TV had been "smart" so kids could have watched in downtime. I will say you could hear a pin drop in the apartment. If you have a toddler or baby who needs absolute quiet to fall and stay asleep, I would make a plan. Great location.

Good sleeping set-up. Less than a mile to Vatican & good neighborhood. However, did not have hot water for showers first night. Host addressed following AM, resolved in one shower but did not improve in 2nd. Process to heat showers involved running kitchen and bath sinks the handheld, before Turing on overhead. Took 5-7 min. Frustrating. No communication w/host until we got to property- which was nerve wracking day-of. But unit signs w/phone # connected us to get into property. Unit needs a SMART TV. Upon arrival, one toilet seat cover was broken and showers had some mold, especially on one shower curtain. Host replaced curtain when addressing shower issue. Mold was disappointing to see(def would not have rented if it was visible in pics. Overall host communicated with us with issues and offered to waive host fees, but have not heard back from Vrbo.
We loved Casa Frisi for its convenience, space and location. It was the perfect space for the 6 of us (2 couples and 2 singles) but the ‘bunk’ bed was a little small for the 18year old. Check in was good, and a colleague of the owner helped us get squared away. We had a bit of a challenge trying to get into the property as all the numbers listed in prior communications were ‘unavailable’, but the sign on the door of the building gave us direct access to the person who checked us in. Not much communication beforehand so we showed up a little blind. Other than that it was a great fit and we really enjoyed the atmosphere! Thank you Casa Frisi!!
Casa Frisi is a beautifully furnished, well appointed apartment that can easily accommodate nine people. Its location in the Prati neighborhood makes it convenient to shopping and sightseeing. We did experience a little frustration in getting in touch with the property manager, shortly after check in. No response was received to messages sent via the VRBO app, the email address, and the phone number provided at the property was apparently outdated. An online booking service, eviivo, had listed the property and VRBO gave us a UK phone number, when we requested help from VRBO, but this company (eviivo) didn’t answer our calls or appear to have an ability to redress problems on the property. Fortunately, we were ultimately able to contact the owner - through some internet sleuthing - and they promptly rectified the issue but it wasn’t the usual easy communication we’re accustomed to with VRBO properties. Overall, however, our stay was very pleasant and we would recommend Casa Frisi to anyone visiting Rome.
