The host lives nearby and it is your disposition to make your holiday more peaceful and pleasant.
Dogs are not allowed and smoking is not allowed in the house. The apartment is on the fourth floor without a lift.
The house is located 6/7 minutes walk from the central railway station and 10/12 minutes walk from via indipendenza (center). By bus the distances are halved and taking the 25 from the stop which is 20 meters from the house, you reach Piazza Maggiore in 15 minutes.
In addition, the house is a 5 minute walk from the fair and 7km from the airport

Appartamento confortevole, carino e pulito
L'appartamento di Anna è davvero perfetto: completo, accogliente e non manca nulla. Le due stanze sono spaziose e la cucina è ben equipaggiata con tutto il necessario. Il bagno è moderno e dotato di ogni comfort. Ci siamo sentite come a casa. Anna è stata sempre disponibile, offrendoci consigli e venendo incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze. La raccomando al 100%!

Hemos estado en el apartamento para dormir. No hemos hecho uso de la cocina excepto para tomar un café en el desayuno. Pero nos ha parecido que está muy nuevo, bien renovado y limpio.

Apartamento muy agradable
Es un apartamento muy agradable, con estancias todas amplias. Consta de cocina-comedor, 2habitaciones y baño. Todo nuevo, limpio, correcto y bien equipado.
Comentar que es un 4ºpiso sin ascensor (a nosotros no nos supuso ningún problema, pero creo que hay que indicarlo).
Está situado en un barrio, la Bolognina donde no vimos nada reseñable, pero en 15minutos caminando estás en la estación central, y ahí empieza el centro urbano. Un paseo.
La dueña muy atenta, durante la estancia nos ha atendido por whatsapp de información que le hemos solicitado.
Hemos estado muy a gusto, para repetir si volvemos. Lo aconsejamos
