Overall this property was fantastic!! The location is great and convenient to everything. Also, it’s a very safe area. Additionally, the rooftop is an amenity that pushes it beyond its level. Fantastic views and very relaxing!! The host is excellent and very accommodating. Five plus stars all around.

Palermo Pad

Excellent service at check in as manager welcomed us. Clean apartment and within walking distance to many great sights. Deducted points as the jacuzzi (pictured in their VRBO site)we were looking forward to using is not functional. The bathroom door is a sliding door that is broken and does not completely close so decreased privacy. Parking very hard, but it is all over Palermo.

Pros: interior is spacious and very bright with lot of lighting. Two tvs were controlled with one remote but overall worked for us. Bathroom is spacious. Felt very clean. Area looks sketchy but you are close to main shopping/eating area. Cons: air conditioning was almost non existent. Very low fan. Should have provided a fan as we couldn't sleep all night. When we first enter the unit all the power is off until you turn on the house with the key. (You have to take the key with you when you leave) making the unit very hot. Also staircase had no lighting so when you enter the unit you can not see how to unlock door. (This turns on when you turn on the house) Waking down the stairs felt scary as lights keep turning off. (They are motion controlled) Lock on unit is also very difficult so you have to jiggle the key.
