Great budget apartment, if you are looking for somewhere in the thick of things for not a lot of money then this is it. Between the Cita Centre and the Yumbo Centre on the main road it has loads of good places to eat in easy walking distance. It's near to the bus stops to get you around the island so you can do a bit of sightseeing. It has an outdoor pool area so you can swim or sunbathe. The only thing missing is a/c but you soon get used to it. The host is great and helpful answering queries quickly.

Appartamento senza troppe pretese ma adatto ad un piacevole soggiorno. Purtroppo gli infissi sono vecchi e senza guarnizioni per cui si sentono i rumori esterni molto facilmente, per fortuna però la zona è silenziosa e di notte si dorme senza problemi. Materasso del letto matrimoniale troppo morbido, non ho potuto riposare benissimo lì. In compenso il divano è molto comodo.

Apartment reflects value for money

Its a while since this apartment has seen renovation but it was clean and centrally located. Smart TV had netflix and prime and wifi was good. I didnt cook in the apartment as are out the whole time. Good pool area. I would stay again mainly because it was cheap compared to other available properties in the area.
