In the heart of the Dordogne, discover four beautiful houses at only 600m from the historical center of Sarlat, its markets, animations and its numerous gastronomic restaurants. All of them have been decorated with care and are equipped with all modern comforts to guarantee a pleasant stay to each guest.
The Marqueysac house has a main room with a living room with sofa bed, TV and an open kitchen (gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and refrigerator/freezer, washing machine).

The bedroom has a double bed (160cm), and an opening on the garden. The bathroom and the toilet are separate.

Outside the terrace offers garden furniture and a barbecue. Moreover a large, sunny and secure swimming pool awaits you.
The wifi is available in the house and at the pool.

You can park at the front of the house and also in the shaded parking at the back.
This property is located on a large wooded plot of land in a quiet area.

Would not let me make any lower

Let me start by saying the location and the swimming pool were excellent , however we cant say that about the accommodation . We arrived to find our name pinned to the front door and no one about , so after moving in about an hour and a half later a girl arrived walking her dog and greeted us. We discovered the kettle did not boil so took it to her and was handed a coffee maker instead, which we already had , when we checked out a week later we still had not received a replacement. So spent the week boiling water for drinks in a saucepan. We were greeted with cobwebs everywhere even though we were charged €20 for cleaning, the mattress was falling to bits , it was badly equipped, only one large wine glass and one pasta bowl. The cutlery was poor quality , the towels were supposed to be white but were off colour and shabby, it seems that costs had been cut throughout.

We are very surprise of your apreciation because you are the only one . Fistly the mattress is new and there are 6 glasses of wine and 6 water. My daugher come to see you with her little dog because he follow her everywhere . We put the name of the guess on the door in case two peoples arrive at the same time( witch was the case at your arrival) then tenants can settle without waiting outside and as we leave closer we arrive quickly . For the kettle , my daughter did'nt understand and carry you the coffe maker instead.

La canicule subit n'a pas été facilité nos déplacements que l'on a restreint et a gérer, il manque des volets dans la chambre du gite Marqueyssac qui auraient été apprécié pendant les grosses chaleurs. Un lave vaisselle serait bienvenu au vu du prix de la location, on paye la piscine qui est grande mais dangereuse pour y descendre ou remonter car pas d'escalier.Le gite sinon est bien placé au calme et proche à pied du centre historique, le parking derrière à l'ombre est aussi apprécié.Nous avons demandé à la propriétaire des saladiers plus grand /petit qu'elle nous a amené très vite. Une chose aussi a savoir sur Sarlat : pas de ramassage de poubelle, vous devez jeter dans des points de collectes en ville ou en route.

Cuvette des WC sales, toiles de poussière au plafond portes intérieures poussiéreuses ,sets de table sales gond de l'armoire démonté, vaisselle non essuyée, gazinière fonctionnant mal ,intérieur triste........Bravo ABRITEL pour le classement de ce gite .

Avec des appréciations de 5 étoiles pour quasiment tous nos avis nous sommes surpris. La gazinière marche très bien comme nous sommes venu vous montrer comment s’en servir . La décoration est conforme aux photos et très appréciée des autres locataires.. La location est nettoyé de fond en comble à chaque départ par deux femmes de ménages. Et à chaque départ tout dis fonctionnement est réparé .

Magique

Gîte très bien situé et confortable. La literie a été changée et est vraiment top. Le plus cette année, un lave linge. Accueil très agréable avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue typique de la région. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et de la région qui est vraiment magnifique (châteaux, gouffre de Padirac, grottes, jardins, etc...) sans oublier la gastronomie

Super séjour

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et notre petit studio. Tout y est. De plus, près du centre de Sarlat, donc pas besoin de la voiture; on y est en 10 minutes. Dommage pour la météo, car nous aurions pu profiter un peu plus de l'extérieur... une prochaine fois peut-être!

Quiet and close to center with nice pool

There are several rentals in two houses, which share a very nice pool. Shaded, private parking is available. The walking distance to the historic center is about 5-10 minutes. We had a small apartment with a living room with an open kitchen, a dining table and a sofa, a bedroom, a bathroom with separate toilet and a small private patio. Everything was functional and clean and the bed was good. The kitchen is well equipped though most items are quite worn. Cathy is an excellent host and provides good recommendations.

Perfect holiday home

This was a lovely house for my husband and daughter this summer holiday. Spacious bedroom upstairs. We loved relaxing by the pool in the afternoon. It was in a great location, only a 5 minute walk into the town centre. We would highly recommend it.

Très bonne location

Charmante location ,proche du centre ville(7minutes à pied),parking ombragé pour la voiture,petite terrasse privatisée,accès direct à une superbe piscine que nous avons apprécié en famille. Très bon accueil de Mme Delibie,la semaine est passée trop vite car il y a une multitude de choses à voir et à faire sur cette belle région. Bilan plus que positif!

parfait séjour

Sarlat la ville parfaite pour visiter la vallée de la Dordogne . A la fois discret et a l'écoute Pascal et Cathy sont charmants et accueillants , et rien à dire sur la location et encore moins sur la piscine . Merci et surement à un de ces jours !

Location conforme à la description. Située au calme à seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville historique de Sarlat. Piscine agréable et bien entretenue. Maison bien équipée suffisante pour un couple et un enfant .
