Cute place and amazing host!

We loved staying at Simona’s apartment- very clean - located in a quiet neighborhood on a pretty tree lined street! It was an easy 10 minute walk to the city center to spend the day exploring. Simona is also very gracious and helped us secure taxis, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Cars cars cars!

This is a great location if you would like to visit car country. We visited Ferrari, Pagani, Lamborghini and Maserati. We even got in a visit to a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory visit.

Very nice. Clean neat well maintained. About a 12 to 15 walk from the train station. Google says 30 and takes you on a long walk lol. Grocery store just down the street "ECU". 2 nice places for cappucino in the morning just around the corner. City center also about a 15 min walk. Overall if I went back to Modena I would definately stay again.

Welcoming apartment in Modena

Simona is a great host. She arranged all the check in and allowed us to arrive early to drop off bags. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Kitchen is ideal for cooking your own meals. Keep in mind that markets are closed on Sunday afternoon! It is a bit of a walk to train station and central city, about 15 minutes.

A Home away from Home

Simona met us personally at the apartment to give us the keys and a walk around. We were stunned by the apartment: spacious, decorated, comfortable & with more amenities than we had seen so far in a short term rental. Everything was updated & very clean. Quiet neighborhood with all the services we needed in walking distance. We had a car & there was free parking at the site. I could stay here for months!! The apartment key needs a bit of a jiggle at the end but once learned, it becomes a sweet specialty!

Large apartment

The apartment is just as advertised. It sits outside of the city center, but it is easily walkable to get to the Ferrari museum and into the historic center. It was convenient for all we wanted to do. It would have been easier to have soap and towels for the kitchen area to be able to wash dishes more easily. It can be a bit noisy, hearing other neighbors, but after 11 it is quiet.

Wonderfull apartment, fantastic host

Simona thought of everything we might need—there was a fully equipped kitchen and essentials, but also unusual touches—makeup remover wipes, a towel caddy that labels the towel of each familynember. The bed was as comfortable as at home with crisp immaculate sheets.!!Really, every detail was so well thought out. There was only one issue that was 100% *not* simona’s fault: the water in the apartment went out: simona responded immediately and fixed the issue! If you want elegant accommodations in the city center look no further. I would stay here every time. Thank you, simona, for giving us such a lovely stay!

Grundsätzlich eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum von Modena. Für sightseeing in der Stadt kann man alles zu Fuß wunderbar erreichen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und bietet genügend Platz für bis zu 3 Personen. Kleine Kritikpunkte sind die doch sehr hellhörige Lage in einem Mehrfamilienwohnhaus. Man hört quasi jedes Wort vom Nachbarn über, unter und neben eeinem. Dafür kann die Vermieterin nichts, das liegt halt an der Bauweise des Hauses. Wenn man das nicht gewöhnt ist, ist es am Anfang doch sehr störend. Es gibt in dem Wohnviertel viele kostenlose Parkplätze aber auch hier ist es halt so wie in einer Stadt halt üblich, man muss schon mal lange durch die Straßen kreiseln bis man etwas gefunden hat, meistens dann auch etwas weiter weg. Die Ausstattung an Küchenzubehör insbesondere für 3 Personen könnte etwas besser und umfangreicher sein, grundsätzlich kommt man aber zurecht. Ist alles nicht wirklich schlimm, aber es reicht am Ende dann nicht für die volle Punktzahl. Trotzdem empfehlenswert für einen Trip in die Gegend um sich bella Italia anzuschauen.

Schöne Wohnung etwas außerhalb des Rummels

Geräumig, modern eingerichtet, alles vorhanden. Zu Fuß ca. 25 Minuten bis zum Dom. Kostenlose Parkplätze, aber ziemlich vollgeparkt. Kleiner Nachteil: Das Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig. Gute Kommunikation mit Simona
