Villa Ananda is a stylish and modern air-conditioned Villa with 4 en-suite bedrooms.

The Villa is ideally located in the exclusive area of Los Mojones in Puerto del Carmen, next door to Casa Cristal. It is a ten-minute stroll to the old town, or a 15-minute walk to the new town.

The old town offers great shopping and a range of excellent bars and restaurants along with beautiful harbour and scenic views, while the new town has a choice of expansive sandy beaches, offering all the aquatic fun you could want.

You will be spoiled for choice ……. and all within walking distance of Villa Ananda.

This villa offers a spacious open plan living/dining room furnished to a very luxurious standard. The bright, open design contains comfortable sofas and a dining table. A modern entertainment system includes a 52’ flat-screen TV (including English and Irish channels and Netflix), and Bluetooth Sound System.
A fully-fitted modern kitchen including a full fridge, ensures that you feel ‘at home’ during your stay. There is also a utility area with washing machine and fridge freezer.
Villa Ananda has four fully air conditioned ensuite bedrooms and sleeps up to ten people.
The pool and garden are surrounded by high traditional lava rock walls giving you total privacy. You can sunbathe on the terrace, relax in the jacuzzi, play a little pool or dine al fresco using the built-in charcoal BBQ.
The luxurious saltwater pool is kidney shaped and measures 7m x 3.2m. It is electrically heated in winter. A pool-side solar-heated shower, sun loungers and beach towels are provided for added convenience.
WiFi is available through the Villa
A modern state-of-the-art security alarm system, and two safes, are installed to ensure your peace of mind during your stay.
All windows throughout the villa have a safety opening position, so you can open them during the night but still feel secure.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Ash trays are provided adjacent to the patio area, which you are respectfully asked to use should you wish to smoke.

Just perfect!

A beautiful villa with everything you could need made even better by the excellent service provided by the management company from booking to check out. An extra thank you for allowing us to leave our cases in the office after check out so we could enjoy our last day. Would definitely recommend P Kelly villas and will be using them again. Really didn’t want to leave!

Lovely Villa

Family of 6 adults and 3 children staying at this lovely villa. We arrived just after 7:30pm and it was very simple to get hold of the keys and get into the villa. The villa is equipped with everything that you need to have a home-from-home experience. The beds were very comfortable and there were two sets of towels for each person and a pool towel. The children absolutely adored the pool and were in it most of the time that we were relaxing in the villa. The 5 year old learnt to swim by the end of the holiday, being able to swim lengths of the pool under supervision. It's about a 10 minute downhill walk to the nearest beach and the old town marina/harbour where there are some lovely restaurants, and a little longer to the strip. If you don't fancy the walk back, taxi's are very reasonable - 3€ - and easy to get hold of. Lidl and HiperDino supermarkets are a five minute walk away, so very convenient. We contacted the owners by email for a small concern with the hot tub (low water levels) and this was responded to very quickly and the villa management company arrived to resolve and provide advice. We all thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and our stay at Villa Anande and would certainly recommend it.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay with great amenities, nice neighbourhood and great access to surrounding area. Pool beautiful and clean. The Villa is very nicely presented with tasteful décor and nice garden areas. The only negative, is that the air conditioning has a timer that needs to be depressed every two hours. This is No problem however, as the villas stays cool, but maybe something to consider for the height of the summer months. All in all a lovely stay and we all enjoyed it hugely.
