1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €500 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

Excellent Accommodation

Casa Carolina is high quality accommodation which is extremely homely. With its south facing garden and glass curtains, it was a lovely home to stay in over the winter to make the most of the winter sun. The house is very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Family holiday

Loved the outdoor dining area, which is where we spent most of our time. The swimming pool was brilliant and such a nice space overall. The kitchen could have a couple of extras like more chopping boards and a jug for water and sangria. This would’ve been helpful as we had dinner in most nights.

Casa Carolina is the perfect spot for a laid-back getaway in Jávea. Bright, cool, and comfy inside, it’s got plenty of space to hang out with family or friends, plus a kitchen that’s ready for anything from quick snacks to big BBQ feasts. Outside, you’ve got your own pool, sunny terrace, and gorgeous gardens — ideal for lazy days with a book or a glass of something cold. And with beaches, bars, and pretty towns just a short drive away, you can do as much (or as little) as you like. All good, no complaints

Absolutely Beautiful!

This Villa does not disappoint! It is beautiful and absolutely spotlessly clean. We have stayed in many, many villas over the years and this has been our favourite. It has everything you could possibly need. There is plenty of space inside and out. We spent most of our days outside and the choice of seating options meant those who want to be in the shade could be at all times of the day. The pool is pristine and a perfect size. I could go on and on…the whole place was perfect!

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, das Haus tiptop sauber. Terrasse und Pool sind klasse. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, bzw. der Hausverwaltung war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!
