great location ( 8 min stroll from Arenal) Bed comfy,bathroom v good but rest of property tired. Poor kitchen. Oven so old the dials numbers had worn away so temperature etc was guesswork. Only one teatowel ,no condiments and no oven gloves so removing hot dishes from oven was dangerous. Not a lot of money needs to be spent on these sort of basic items will improve enjoyment of this apartment immensely. Overall good value for money but needs fine tuning . However on a personal level all communications with Maria Teresa were both friendly and efficient

Qué lástima Joanne no haberme hecho llegar las deficiencias que encontró en nuestra casa; lo hubiéramos resuelto inmediatamente haciendo llegar con nuestra agente todo lo necesario
En todo momento estamos pendientes de nuestros huéspedes
Hubiera sido más correcto haberme avisado en privado.
PD: Aunque solo hubiera sido por los detalles hacia Uds y las toallas habríamos sentido por su parte mejor actitud a la hora de valorar su estancia.

El apartamento es pequeñito pero con muy buena distribución y bastante espacio. La ubicación es perfecta 10 min andando a playa del arenal. Está ubicado al lado de los karts. Supermercados, ocio y bares al lado.
La piscina de la urbanización es grandísima y los vecinos muy amables.
Sin duda repetiremos.

Finde con amigas
Tranquilo y las instalaciones de la urbanizacion geniales.
Faltaban algunas cosas básicas cómo aceite, papel del wc, sal... Y el tendedero roto.
Por lo demás genial y la dueña muy atenta y amalble.
Única genial, a 10 min del arenal andando.
Repetiriamos.

Siento mucho Irene que no tuvieras aceite, sal….por normas Covid se nos impiden dejar productos de alimentación en las casa de alquiler.
En cuanto al papel higiénico siempre se deja para la llegada.
Por lo demás me alegro que les haya gustado la urbanización, ubicación, y la casa.
