The outdoor area promises pure pleasure with a hydromassage swimming pool and loungers around it. There is also a shower next to it as well as an outdoor jacuzzi.

The villa is situated in a quiet village right in the midst of the wine region in northwestern Istria. There are bicycles at your disposal, and the famous cycling trail Parenzana is nearby. Popular places of interest such as Motovun, Grožnjan or Baredine Cave are not far, as are Istralandia water park, Novigrad, and Poreč on the coast. The nearest airport is in Pula (50 km) and the Slovenian - Croatian border crossing is 20 km away.

Excellent stay

Very nice and well-kept house embedded in a great landscape. Very good endowment. Nice pool for swimming and heated whirl-pool to relax. We will come again!

Top Villa und super nette Eigentümer

Vorweg wir waren rund um zufrieden und hatten einen grandiosen Aufenthalt Natürlich gibt ea kleine "Mängel" die man aber auch nicht all zu ernst nehmen kann. Diese sind auf einem sehr hohem Niveau angesetzt. Beim Check in wurde uns nicht alles gleich erzählt, daher mussten wir einiges im Nachgang erfragen(WLan Passwort, wo sind die Mülltonnen, etc.) Das hat uns aber keineswegs gestört, da wir einen Super netten Kontakt mit den Eigentümer hatten. Diese haben umgehend auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir hatten zubeginn Probleme mit dem Whirlpool aber auch diese wurden sofort geklärt und man hatte immer das Gefühl das unser Anliegen an erster Stelle stand. POSITIV ZU ERWÄHNEN ist ebenfalls das es eine kostenlose Weinprobe gab davon haben wir nichta gewusst aber natürlich diese gerne mitgenommen. Es war wirklich rundum toll und das Haus bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Bezauberndes Haus mit Pool und Whirlpool

Sehr schönes Haus und super großem Pool. Außerordentlich sauber und mit einer top Ausstattung! Auch unser Ansprechpartner Oli war super höflich und sehr sehr nett. Bei jeder Frage war er immer hilfreich und konnte umgehend helfen! Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Sehr zu empfehlen.
