Maison propre et spacieuse pas de vue mer mais environnement agréable et calme. Petit bémol oreillé plumes 2 personnes allergiques dans notre groupe. Bonne journée en attendant d une nouvelle escapade en Corse

Weekend en septembre

C'est la seconde fois que nous séjournons à la Case de Pigna, et nous adorons toujours autant cette jolie maison, le calme qu'il y règne et sa localisation. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Meerblick

Das Ferienhaus entspricht der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Es ist gut ausgestatttet und liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe von l'Ile Rousse. Ein Supermarkt, wo man alles kaufen kann, was man benötigt, ist nicht weit entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und schöne Wanderungen auf gut ausgeschilderten Wanderwegen in der direkten Umgebung gemacht. Ein High-Light ist die Terrasse im ersten Stock mit Blick aufs Meer.

Très agréable !!!

Très au calme. Grande maison très bien équipée, comme chez soi, et belle déco. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La personne chargée de l’accueil et du ménage est sympathique et disponible.

Découverte de la Balagne

Séjour agréable dans une maison tout confort et fonctionnelle, bien située au calme pour rayonner dans la région. Belle plage accessible en 15minute à pied.

Rapport qualité prix moyen

Les prestations annoncées ne sont pas tout à fait exactes : la maison est certes très bien équipée et propre mais beaucoup de choses sont bricolées et pas finies. Quant à l’environnement immédiat il est constitué d’épaves de caravanes car le terrain est mitoyen d’un camping qui stock ses épaves sur la partie mitoyenne de la maison. L’arrivée est donc très peu engageante. Enfin l’accès plage est annoncé de façon ambiguë dans l’annonce mais en réalité il est difficile de s’y rendre à pieds avec des enfants : 30 minutes minimum sur un chemin en plein soleil. Le rapport qualité prix nous a donc semblé exagéré. Nous étions en famille et avons toutefois passé un très bon séjour car Algajola est un village plaisant et sa situation pour rayonner autour est parfaite.

Villa effectivement bien située, proche du village d'Algajola et au départ des pistes pour les randonnées vers les villages de Pigna ou Corbara et San Antonino . L 'annonce précise que la plage est à 15 minutes à pieds , on passe sous la nationale par le petit tunnel . En voiture 5 minutes et la localisation de l'annonce indique 1km à vol d'oiseau . La voiture est recommandée . La villa n'est pas voisine d'un campig mais d'un terrain de dépose provisoire de quelques caravanes et remorques bateaux Certaines devaient être retirées pendant le confinement mais cela n'a pas pu se faire. Nous vivons tous dans le monde une situation spéciale . La Corse est dans le vert et la Balage en particulier . . La villa est entourée d'un grand jardin clôturé au calme . Il est conseillé de prendre contact avec le propriétire pour d'autres renseignements . La décoration est design et ne ressemble en rien à du brocolage , la villa a été construite par un des meilleurs entrepreneur de Balagne . Cuisine mobalpa, sanitaires de haute qualitéde chez Isula déco ... Je serai heureuse d'acceuillir d'autres locataires pour profiter de la magnifique vue vers la mer (baie d Algajola, plage d'Aregno ) et à l'arrère et sur les côtés les villages avoisinants ainsi que le monte grosso

Schöne Villa nicht weit vom Meer

Das Haus befindet sich nicht weit vom Meer, ca. 5 Min mit dem Auto vom Algajola Strand. Fußweg zum Meer wurde ich nicht empfehlen, da sich nicht immer durch eine schöne Gegend verläuft. Ruhige Umgebung in Mitten von der Natur. Lärm von der Hauptstraße ist kaum zu hören, da relativ weit. Etwas Meer ist von der Terrasse in oberer Etage zu sehen. Das Haus selber ist relativ neu, Austattung teils neu teils alt. Einfach gebaut, IKEA-mäßig ausgestattet. Harte Kissen. Treppe nach oben ist für kleine Kinder gefährlich, da keine Geländer von einer Seite, nur an der Wand. Kakteen sind etwas störend, da wir sie ein paar Mal etwischt haben. Das Haus bedarf eine gründliche Reinigung. Bettwäsche und Tücher vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Gasgrill auf der oberen Terrasse. 2 Min zu Fuß ein Campingplatz mit einer Pizzeria. Pizza war sehr gut. Es werden auch Steaks angeboten, haben uns aber nicht geschmeckt.

Schönes, großes Haus in zentraler Lage

Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist für viele schöne Wanderungen und Ausflüge sehr zentral gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder buchen. Die Dame, die vor Ort die Schlüsselübergabe abwickelt, war sehr zuverlässig und pünktlich

Absolut zu empfehlen

Schönes Haus, geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden wieder buchen. Vier Sterne aus folgenden Grund: Treppe in Obergeschoss ohne Geländer (mit Kleinkind nicht optimal), alles ist in weiß gehalten (nicht optimal für ein Ferienhaus, sieht daher schon etwas verwohnt aus), Außengelände könnte etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit erfahren, Dachterrasse ohne Geländer (Umrandung ist etwa Kniehoch)

Séjour de rêve

2 semaines de rêve, la maison est magnifique et moderne, calme, avec toutes les facilitées et dispose d' une vue sur mer imprenable, la plage accessible a pied, dans la région de la balagne, rivières, balades, petits restos et sport nautiques à proximité, on s est régalé et les enfants étaient aux anges , on conseil vivement !

Repos et bien-être cocoon

Superbe villa moderne tout confort légèrement en arrière pays qui permet de profiter du calme et d'une vue sur la mer depuis une terrasse spacieuse au 1er étage. A proximité de tous services mais dans un espace intime, nous avons profité d'une résidence super agréable. A recommander.
