Nice place,very cozy. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed 2 nights for a wedding and we're very pleased with stay. Clean, comfortable and a hot tub. Will definitely stay here again when visiting friends.

Everything was perfect! Beds are super comfortable. All linens provided. Nice gas fireplace. Netflix already signed into and available to use. Hot tub was clean and well-maintained. Great firepit. Extra perk of having the row boat to take out on the lake was wonderful. Life jackets provided. Perfect amount of space for our family of 6. Would definitely stay here again!

Good place for an inexpensive vacation

Not a whole lot of room for 5 guys to stay in but for the price, absolutely no complaints. Placed us in a location that was about 30 mins from both sleeping Bear Dunes and also Traverse City. Served as a great base camp for all the other northern Michigan activities.

Great place to stay!

Jeff is a fantastic host! I rented out this property an a couple of his others close by for family and friends and it was so easy and fun being so close! Having a big yard on the water was so much fun and everything is very well maintained.
