This is a great house with easy access to the river. Highly recommend staying here. The hosts were wonderful too! Always there to answer any question I had up to the day of the trip.

Friendly host that communicated on a regular basis. The amount of space allowed us to play football with ease and the space under the house allowed us to watch an outdoor movie while it rained. Best place I have ever used.

I’m sorry you’re feeling that way about the location. Our property is actually located in a fully recreational/residential area surrounded by parks, green spaces, and leisure spots — with no industrial zones, factories, or heavy commercial activity nearby. To help clarify, we are located on two acres on the river walking distance to Gruene Hall and the Rocking River Rafting company is located across the street from our vacation rental.
