This apartment is on the second floor, faces outward and has capacity for 5 people. Designed and equipped to make efficient use of space, it offers comfort and style thanks to high-end furniture and accessories.
The living-dining room has a single sofa bed, a table for 6 diners and practical folding bunk beds that, when closed, become a large desk. All beds are equipped with 28 cm viscoelastic mattresses.
The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has a breakfast bar with stools for 2 people and has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.
The room, bright and welcoming, is equipped with a double bed.
The apartment has two comfortable and modern bathrooms, both with a large shower with thermostatic control, unlimited hot water and a towel rail.
There is fibre optic internet, central heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
The building has 3 lifts and a service lift, although to access the apartment you have to go up a flight of stairs.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us at least 5 days in advance.

Metro: near Cartagena station (400 metres) (line 7) and Alfonso XIII station (400 metres) (line 4)
Public car park: 50 metres away (C/ Clara del Rey, 32).

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
