This apartment is on the second floor, faces the exterior and has capacity for 5 people. Designed and equipped to make efficient use of space, it offers comfort and style thanks to high-end furniture and accessories.



The living-dining room has a single sofa bed, a table for 6 diners and practical folding bunk beds that, when closed, become a large desk. All beds are equipped with 28 cm viscoelastic mattresses.



The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has a breakfast bar with stools for 2 people and has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.



The room, bright and cosy, is equipped with a double bed.



The apartment has two comfortable and modern bathrooms, both with a large shower with thermostatic control, unlimited hot water, and towel rail.



There is internet via fibre optic, central heating and air conditioning in all rooms.



The building has 3 lifts and a goods lift, although to access the apartment you have to climb a flight of stairs.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.



Transport:

Underground: near Cartagena station (400 metres) (line 7) and Alfonso XIII station (400 metres) (line 4)

Public car park: 50 metres away (Clara del Rey Street, 32).

The online check-in is mandatory through the MitHouse app, where guests' identity document photos will be requested.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
