Home Details: "Three Palms" is a charming bungalow in a great community within a 5-minute walk to the beach. This 2-bedroom 2.5 bathroom bungalow sleeps up to 6 people , making it the perfect location for a family vacation.
Once inside this fully renovated bungalow, you will see the airy open living and dining spaces on the main level as well as the half bath and laundry closet. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms complete with 2 ensuite bathrooms. The master and guest bedrooms share a shaded balcony with a sitting area overlooking the community pool and hot tub. Relax and enjoy the sleepy beach atmosphere, bright Bermuda-like colors, and swaying gulf breezes when you vacation on the beautiful beaches of South Walton.

First Floor: Large family room with flat screen TV, Fully stocked, beautifully renovated Kitchen with Dining for 6 plus 4 additional Bar Stools
Second Floor:

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with TWIN bunks, flat screen TV and private bath (shower/tub combo), balcony access overlooking the pool.

Really cute spot , good size and distance to fun stuff in 30A. Comfortable couch , kitchen area and BR/shower. The pool right outside the front door was a big plus too!

Family vacation

We had a pretty good experience overall. The queen bed mattress could stand to be replaced, and the kitchen floor was a little dirty at check in. Otherwise, we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed using the kitchen and washer/dryer (handy).

The pool was right outside our door, which was super convenient. Although, the water was very cold. Was hoping the pool would be heated. The hot tub was great though. Quick, easy walk to the beach. The bed frame and/or mattress in master could use an update. Overall, we would recommend this property. Nice property for my family of 4.

Overall Nice Bungalow

I sent the owners some recommendations for changes, but nothing was required. The bedrooms were small with big furniture so a bit tight. The pool is great, walk to beach is easy and 6 minutes. Rental had a great location was nicely appointed and clean. There happened to be green tree frogs in the palm trees that croaked loud at night, maybe it was the season? Not sure but it was loud. Overall a great place at a good price.

The cutest little bungalow

I would definitely stay here again! The interior was clean and updated. The couch was comfortable for movie-watching on the couple of rainy days. The kitchen had everything to cook at home. The beach was an easy walk and it was nice to have a pool. The frogs were kind of loud in the evenings/at night but I had a white noise machine with me and that did the trick. The combination I was given for the bike locks didn’t work but they handled it immediately and someone came out to correct it right away. All in all - a great place to stay for a beach vacay!

A week in Seagrove

The property was nice. Pool was great but a little cold. We walked to the beach, rode our bikes everywhere. I didn’t realize when renting that it was like a little housing community with houses very close & centered around the pools. It is a nice place & we would definitely stay here again. It was wonderful that we were able to bring our Yorkie with us. She had a good time there too!

This was the cleanest VRBO rental we have ever had. Very pleased with the bungalow, pool just right outside the unit was nice, bikes were available for use, updated interior, had everything we needed. Perfect for our family of 5. Short walk to the beach.

Beautiful unit. Everything it claimed to be. A little hard to keep clean due to the pine needle mulch surrounding the property other than that it was great. So glad to have a broom and vacuum to clean as we needed.

First trip to 30A

This is a perfect spot for a group of 4. My boys shared a room, and loved the pool. The location of the property is great. We rented a golf cart and had access to any restaurant, beach access or any activities we wanted. We didn't have to move our car the entire time. The only strike I would give the house is the cookware is outdated (maybe I should've expected that)...but not the best pots/pans to prepare big meals with. But the overall vibe is great here, and we definitely would come back.

The cottage we stayed in was wonderful, the day before we left the air conditioner stopped working and when I called the technician he was very positive very nice very professional and there in 15 minutes to fix the problem. A very positive experience, and I feel certain we will use Sandpiper rentals again.
