Checkin was via an online app that was pretty clunky. Took quite a few tries to scan our passports and take our pictures. Wasn’t as close too the main attractions as we thought it was going to be. But not too far, 30min walj

The only way into the apartment was with an app. This wasn't told to me in advance and I would not have booked the apartment had I known. Management refused to give me a physical key even when I requested one and overall I didn't get the impression they tried to be very accommodating. I ended up booking another place even though I couldn't cancel this anymore and payed for two places.
