With capacity for 8 people, this apartment has been selected for the high quality of its finishes and good layout. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. At the entrance there is a small hall that distributes the large living-dining room to the left with windows to the street and to the right through a straight corridor is the kitchen and then the bedrooms, with the master bedroom at the end of it, with en-suite bathroom and glass doors to a spacious and bright interior courtyard. The first two bedrooms are doubles, one with a 140cm bed and the other with two single beds. The master bedroom has a 150cm double bed. All beds are of good quality for a good rest.
The apartment has been decorated with inspiration and Nordic-style furniture, seeking simplicity, light colours and simple lines. The result is a very welcoming apartment with class. It also has all the comfort amenities for a perfect stay, air conditioning throughout the flat, internet, plasma screen, dishwasher and washing machine.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR that must be paid in cash.

On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.
