Villa overall is very comfortable and in a great location, and overall great for a family, however the kitchen is reasonably sparsely equipped with plates / bowls / glasses / utensils etc, especially for the larger family. Communication with property manager was prompt and clear and spot on. The measure of a good villa is would I return - the answer is yes, I would.

Lovely

We just had a lovely 4 night stay the villa is in a perfect spot and just up the road from lidl, villa was clean we had a problem with the water but this was resolved quickly after a phone call. There was six of us could do with 2 x 3 seater settees instead of a 2& 3 otherwise lovely xwater

November birthday break

Villa was clean comfortable spacious and well equipped. It was close to the Biosphere Spar supermarket and Lidll. It was a good base for our holiday for 4 adults. Communication was quick and easy and when some lightbulbs needed replacing was dealt with promptly. We enjoyed our stay.

Agni Travel were an ease and a joy to work with. The booking process was simple and the online help and assistance a great help. We had no issues during our holiday but I had the confidence that should something happen Agni would be there to help. The villa was superb immaculately clean and well provisioned. I would recommend Agni Travel to all.

We had a smashing time on our holiday and in the Billa. Lidl just down the one road, soar down another and everything there within walking distance, it was beautiful. Kids really enjoyed just jumping in the pool and not having to wait for sun loungers and others splashing around them. Would recommend and will be using agnitravel again for next years holiday

Fantastic place, great location within a ten minute walk to the bars, restaurants and shopping centre. Great communication, always responded very quickly. They also were extremely accommodating with our check in and let us arrive earlier than the time listed. Would recommend

We loved this modern, comfortable villa. Excellent communication from Agni and the description was accurate; we knew exactly what we were getting. Just 10-15 walk to the strip/beach, downhill, with a €3.50 taxi trip back. Plenty of. parking on the road. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds. Would definitely book again. Debby

Although we arrived during the Calima and everything was covered in sand , someone came the following day and washed and swept the outside area and cleaned the pool which we were really grateful for. This is a villa in a quiet location, depending on who occupies the neighbouring villas. It is well positioned for supermarkets, bars and restaurants which are a short 15 minute walk away. The process of booking the property was easy and all at Agni travel were excellent, dealing with queries and providing information. We had cause to contact them whilst on holiday about the pool being cleaned and the same day someone attended to rectify the problem.

Overall it was a fantastic stay. I would come & stay again in Villa Julia. I’d recommend having the full address for taxi drivers as some don’t recognise it by the name. The solo pool is fantastic but like I said above needs to be cleaned more. The villa itself is Huge & defo fit three couples or a large family of 6. Thank you Agni Travel! Xxx

This villa was excellent, we meet the cleaner on our arrival she was extremely friendly and welcoming. The villa was home from home had everything you would need, the beds were very comfortable which meant you get a fabulous nights sleep! We loved the pool table and the swimming pool both were used daily. The WiFi was good with good strength and speed, was good to have English tv too. Location was brilliant just down the road to supermarket Lidl or spar . About 15-20 mins slow walk to the beach and the many restaurants and bars of Puerto Del Carmen. About 10 min walk to the village of peblo which had restaurants and bars and a small shopping mall.

6 of us have just returned from a girls holiday in Julianne Carmen 3 and cant fault it. Booking was simple, good instructions on how to get there and how to access the villa. The villa was ideal and the location could hardly be better. Wed book again without hesitation

We had the most peaceful time staying in Julian carmen 3. When we arrived we was a little early but the lady that was cleaning the villa kindly allowed us to leave our cases. The villa was spotlessly clean and you had everything you needed in the villa including iron and hairdryer . Some previous reviews said it was hard to find, if you get a taxi from the airport ask to go to the shopping centre, just before you reach the shopping centre there is a Spar supermarket, ask the driver to take the next right to the top of the hill and you are there. The day before we flew home the lady who cleans the villas kindly booked us a taxi to the airport for the next morning. We really could not fault anything about our stay and will most definitely be booking to stay here again.
