Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac with it’s own private entrance, this retreat is a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. The screened-in outdoor area offers a living area which will let you relax to the soothing sounds of a Koi fish pond and also includes a kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, blender, 2 burner hot plate, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach and the summer heat. Conveniently located close to all that the Outer Banks has to offer - restaurants, bars, shops and grocery stores. There is also bike path close by for those who would like to explore this beautiful area on bicycles.

Amazing Honeymoon Getaway!

My wife and I live in the upstairs part of the house. We have lived here on the beach for over 25 years . We own a local retail shop called Life on a sandbar . We are not around much in the summer months so you will have the place to yourself most of the time and we are very quiet . We enjoy meeting new people from around the world , and we look forward to enhancing your experience on the Outer Banks.

The downstairs screened in porch area is my favorite room in the whole house . Being so close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood is very appealing .
