This apartment is located next to María de Molina Avenue, near the exit to the airport. It is very well connected to all points of the city; both with the northern area, through Príncipe de Vergara Street or the Ring Road 30 that surrounds Madrid, as well as with the historic centre, thanks to the nearby Parque de las Avenidas metro station.

The apartment is located in a very pleasant residential area, equipped with all the services you may need during your stay: good supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, etc.

The apartment is located on a ground floor with direct access from the street and maximum security.

Its pleasant decoration, its quality and the tranquillity that can be felt in its rooms make it perfect for both a short getaway and longer stays.

It has an independent bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living-dining room and can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

The living room has a sofa bed.

The bathroom has a shower.



It has a spacious dining room and is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi internet and air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
