The Space:
Skyline Apartment benefits from an open plan social space with the kitchen, living and dining area together. With a skylight window and patio doors which open out onto the balcony, there is plenty of natural light flooding the room to create a truly relaxing feel. The space is complete with a flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area with stylish rattan chairs and light blue sofa.
Sleeping up to 4 guests, the apartment has two spacious bedrooms. Both rooms feature comfy double beds with premium bed linens and plush bedding.
The bathroom is ultra-modern with large tiles and an illuminated mirror. The room is complete with a bath and overhead shower, WC and basin.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
There will be one allocated parking space at the apartment complex which can be used for the duration of your stay.
The Neighborhood:
The centre of Whitby, and Whitby Harbour are just a few short steps away from Skyline Apartment, so it’s ideal if you want to experience what life is like living by the sea.
The area is famous for the quality of its fish and chip restaurants, and there are plenty of places where you can sink your teeth into a fresh catch. When you fancy a drink, you’ll find a variety of bars as well as pubs and shops in the local area.
Whitby is also famous for Bram Stoker’s gothic novel ‘Dracula’. You’ll find plenty of sites near the apartment with historic interest relating to the story. The main inspiration can be found at the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey.
Step outside of Whitby and you’ll uncover a haven of woodland and moorland. In particular, Dalby Forest and Guisborough Forest, just a short drive away and they both have various beautiful walking and cycling routes to explore.
Getting Around:
Skyline Apartment is just a short walk to the town centre, Whitby Harbour and the bus and train station. Villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast can easily be reached via rail. There’s also a taxi rank in close proximity to the train station.
There are plenty of bus routes throughout Whitby. Hop on the X4 and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Staithes. The X93 travels along the coast to Scarborough. The 95 route features plenty of quaint villages, such as Grosmont and Lealholm.
