The villa is spacious, well equipped and very clean. It is in a quiet location with a lovey garden but close to amenities. We enjoyed the two weeks there and Marta was a brilliant host. She always answered and sorted any queries promptly and it was a pleasure to meet her during the stay. We highly recommend the villa.

Authentic Tenerife

A unique property in a beautiful location close to amenities. The casita (bedroom/2nd bathroom) is in an elevated position and is the best place to enjoy the view and morning sunshine. If your party consists of 4adults would definitely recommend renting this unit.

A nice place to relax

a very nice and quiet place to relax. The house is accurately described and the hostess is very accommodating and supportive. The approach by car is a bit adventurous, but you can enjoy absolute peace on a quiet and unimaginable property. We felt very comfortable - thank you Marta :)

The house is very well renovated and decorated with great taste! You really feel good there and you appreciate every moment as it is very relaxing place with a real botanic garden with great variety of tropical and local plants and happy birds ! Fabulous villa and host

We stayed at the villa in January 2020. The location is close to local amenities and the coast but it is very secluded and has fantastic views. The villa and gardens are beautiful and very well cared for - the pictures are lovely but it was better than we anticipated. Marta the owner was also lovely, incredibly thoughtful in terms of what her guests need and great in her communication, both in advance of our stay and while we were there. We would absolutely recommend it and hope to return.

A new home for a week

The location of the villa is ideal for many excursions in the north of Tenerife. We used both houses - main house and side house - with five adults. The room layout was just right for this.The villa exudes a homely atmosphere from the first moment. The division into two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom is well resolved. We were particularly enthusiastic about the terrace, on which we had breakfast in a T-shirt in mid-December. We only enjoyed the beautiful pool visually, it was a bit too cool for us to bathe.The equipment of the villa is complete. Due to the risk of fire, there is no barbeque. The driveway located on the property is steep but feasible.All in all a great villa that guarantees a nice Tenerife holiday.

Wunderschönes kleines ParadiesDie Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft schön und ruhig mit wunderbarer Aussicht.Ein Auto ist hier ein Muss. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, um die Ferien zu geniessen. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön zwischen Palmen und Meerblick. Man hat absolute Ruhe. Auto ist Voraussetzung. Das Haus ist mit allem Ausgestattet und sogar mehr als üblich. Genau richtig zur Erholung

Wir waren zu dritt auf dieser idyllisch gelegenen Finca. Ein Auto sollte man schon dabei haben. Die ruhige Lage sorgt eben auch dafür, dass man zu Fuss doch weiter laufen muss. Die Vermieterin ist eine echte Seele und sehr bemüht zu helfen, wo sie kann. Wir können die Finca für Erwachsene uneingschränkt empfehlen. Für Kinder könnte es aber schnell langweilig werden, sofern diese noch sehr jung sind. Die wunderschöne Gartenanlage hat uns begeistert. Auch die Möglichkeit zwischen großer und kleiner Terrasse zu wählen hat uns gefallen. Das dritte Zimmer liegt abgetrennt vom Haupthaus auf einem Hügel, mit eigenem Bad. Man hört die Brandung und hat einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer.Ein paar Spiele und Poolspielzeug sind vor Ort. Der letzte Stern zur Sauberkeit wurde nur nicht vergeben, weil durch die vielen Palmen und Pflanzen im Terrassenbereich auch Blätter und Früchte auf der Terrasse landeten. Hat uns nicht so sehr gestört. Wir haben da mal den Besen geschwungen und gut war. Auf dem Gelände läuft die Katze des Nachbarn regelmäßig Wache. Wir haben sie geliebt. Wer Katzen nicht so mag, kann sie ja wegschicken. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Traumhaus im tropischen Garten

Die Villa Juandana ist eins der schönsten Ferienhäuser, die wir je gemietet hatten. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist ein Traum mit schönen großen Palmen und anderen tropischen Gewächsen. Auch der Pool ist schön gestaltet, allerdings war er erwartungsgemäß für uns im Januar etwas zu kühl. Von der Terrasse aus lässt sich das alles wunderbar genießen. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin Marta war hervorragend schon im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort sehr herzlich. Wir können das Haus unbedingt empfehlen. In wenigen Autominuten ist man in Las Aguas mit guten Fischlokalen direkt am Meer. Ein Lidl (Icod) ist in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar.
