A Grand Apartment To Explore Palermo From

Our first impressions walking into this apartment were even greater than what we expected. Salvatore is one of the best VRBO hosts ever as he quickly oriented us to the city, the apt, private parking for our car, and a personal intro to a business that we wanted to contact in the city. The apartment itself is exceptionally well organized, detailed, and clean. It spans the whole 4th floor of the building with large rooms, high ceilings, front balconies and a covered rear terrace where we had most our meals during the week. The kitchen was large and well outfitted to prepare meals, with a convenient, quality grocery and wine store 3 blocks away. The location was ideal, at the edge of the ‘old center’ with easy walking access to all points of interest in Palermo.

Elegant ease

After weeks of touring Sicily, we finished with a week in Palermo. The stay felt like returning to my grandmother’s home: elegant, spotless, comfortable, with pastries and beverages at the ready. Angelo is a gracious and kind host.
