This 5-star villa has 3 floors that extend to 480 m2. The interior of the villa is modern and stylish, decorated with a lot of love and dedication. The top floor features 6 comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a stunning sea view.
The ground floor has a warm living area with a fireplace. From here you can enjoy the relaxing sea view.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, glass dining table and has an exit to the wonderful terrace. The alfresco dining area on the terrace is large enough to accept 14 persons. This will be one of the favorite places in the villa. Imagine dining while observing the Adriatic…
The central part certainly belongs to the swimming pool of 34 m2 with fountains (hydro massage jets).The pool can be heated with a surcharge of 500€ per week. It serves as an additional relaxation. A stunning sea view that is visible from the pool will be a plus. The stairs below the villa take you to the sundeck terrace with the beach chairs and umbrellas. A private beach is just meters from the sundeck terrace. Villa Sounds of Nature to its guests offers the possibility of boat mooring.
Various celebrations are allowed at the villa, so here you can have your wedding, birthday party, engagement party, etc.
