Kestrel View sits in an enviable position above Skipton Golf Courses Club House, with stunning views across the course and beyond to Wharfedale and All Creatures Great and Small Country. Recently redecorated this first-floor apartment provides a wonderful base, whether to enjoy a golfing holiday or a break walking/cycling in The Dales National Park, recently voted the best in Europe on TripAdvisor 2020. Kestrel View has been designed to offer open-plan contemporary living in an enviable location. The views are spectacular!

The kitchen and dining area sit to one end, whilst the large sofa surrounds the warming electric woodburning stove, ideal for relaxing after a long day on the course or walking in The Dales. All bedrooms offer flat-screen TVs.

You can ask the friendly staff to reserve a table overlooking the putting green and 18th Hole or in the restaurant. Here you can relax with a drink from the bar which is open daily. Meals are available most days but opening and closing times vary according to the season. A discount on food and beverages is available for our guests. If golf is your passion, why not book a lesson with the on-site golf professional or spend time in the state-of-the-art Swing Centre (additional charges apply). Skipton Golf Course is the longest and hardest in Yorkshire making it very popular with locals and visitors alike, so don’t forget to book your round.

A short drive or a walk through Skipton woods from the apartment is the popular market town of Skipton, gateway to The Dales. Skipton folk are immensely proud of their town and its Yorkshire heritage, guaranteeing visitors a warm welcome. The centre offers a wide selection of independent shops, restaurants, tea rooms a market selling fresh produce and in addition, numerous microbreweries and bars selling real and cask ales and in addition live music bar venues.

Skipton Castle sits proudly over the town and has provided safety and sanctuary for over nine hundred years, a visit here is a must. Enjoy a walk down the canal which passes through the centre of the town, or head out into the National Park for a day’s walking or cycling. Kestrel View is perfectly located for your holiday in the stunning Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Clean and functional property with everything needed for a self catering stay. Spacious car park and overall peaceful rental, close to amenities in the town. Pleasant, supportive staff.

Came across kestrel view while searching for somewhere to stay near skipton. So glad we did. Had fab stay clean comfortable and helpful welcoming staff. We just used a a base to explore skipton but ideal location for golfers. 20 min walk skirting the woods into skipton & a taxi back £4.Used the bar(you get a discount) didn’t try the food but again you get discount.Will definitely stay here again.
