This characterful accommodation includes a living room with an exposed beamed ceiling and fireplace, modern well-equipped kitchen/dining room and a cloakroom/separate toilet. On the first floor there is a large kingsize bedroom with an en-suite, a further double bedroom and a single bedroom. Outside there is a private courtyard garden and private parking. The property is nestled on the banks of a free-flowing river and has the most charming surroundings. The village of Boscastle has a range of shops as well as a quaint harbour. There are a number of towns within a few miles of Boscastle, and all have a wide range of shops, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets.
