Dear Martin, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your feedback. We are sorry that certain aspects of the property did not meet your expectations. Regarding the pool, we sincerely apologize, it should have been in better condition on your arrival. As soon as you informed us the technician attended promptly, and the treatment products simply needed a little time to take full effect. Regardless, you were always able to use it. On the other points, the dishwasher while it may be considered dated, it is fully functional and regularly maintained, and we have not experienced any issues with its operation. We are therefore sorry that its age was perceived negatively. Occasional small spots of mould can appear in silicone joints in bathrooms over time; these are checked and replaced at the end of each season whenever needed. There are BBQ utensils and kitchen cloths provided in the property. Had you let us know you required additional items we would have been happy to supply them straight away. Our properties operates as a self-catering holiday home, so basic condiments are not provided by default. We do, however, offer an optional welcome food basket (which includes a wider selection of essentials) as well as other services such as airport transfers, these were available for you to request at the time of booking. We appreciate you noting the good location and hope the remainder of your stay was enjoyable. Should you wish to discuss any of these points further, please feel free to contact us directly.
