Good hosts & great house

Nigel and Gustavo were good hosts: friendly, reliable, they took time for the check-in and were available if needed. The house and the outside area is clean and is suited for young kids, teenagers and adults. Outside: The pool gets cleaned several times a week and has nice size. A nice outdoor BBQ and dining area. Our teenagers loved the pool table and the soccer table. We only missed a large fan above the table, because of the hot weather (40+ degrees). Inside: We loved the kitchen: large and it had all the utilities we needed. The bedrooms and sitting room also had a good size. It is nicely decorated. We just had a great time in a lovely, spacious and clean home, with hosts who were available of needed. Gustavo and Nigel: Thank you.

Fabelhafte Anlage

Wir reisten mit 10 Personen und einem Kleinkind an, deshalb buchten wir beide Villen. Bei Ankunft empfing uns Nigel mit einem Begrüßungskörbchen welcher mit Knabbereien und Getränken bestückt war. Zur Einweisung führte er uns duch die gesamte Anlage. Das Babybett montierte er anschließend in dem von uns genannten Zimmer. Die Villen bieten ausreichend Platz und sind mit einer Verbindungstür verbunden. Sonnenliegen und Gartenmöbel sind auch für kräftigere Personen geeignet Die gesamte Anlage war sehr Sauber. Spitzenmäßig sind die Outdoorküchen, ausgerüstet mit Gefrierkombi, Gasgrill und Plancha. Ein PKW ist auf jeden Fall nötig, da die Villen entfernt von Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten liegen. Wir würden immer wieder die Unterkunft mieten.

Interaction with guests: We will meet you at your Holiday Villa to show you round, explain all and hand over your keys. Arrivals are between 2pm - 9pm . After 9pm a Late arrival fee applies. Arrivals are NOT accepted at the property after 11pm. We are a Fully Legal Holiday Rental Home, therefore ID will be collected on your arrival for each guest staying and their details passed to the Authorities. We welcome you to ask any questions you may have about the Villa, Local Areas etc etc. We are always contactable if any problems arise during your holiday stay.

Our Luxury Villa's are located on the outskirts of the village's of Dolores and San Fulgencio, Costa Blanca South, a small but busy typical Spanish town as yet unspoiled by tourism. Our Central, Peaceful, Secluded and private location makes it ideal for all holidays, honeymoons, weddings or short breaks, for couples, families or celebrities wanting that private hideaway!. We are only a 10 Min drive from Beaches, shops, Restaurants, Etc so makes its and ideal location for peace and quite.
We are easily accessible from the Local airports of Alicante & Murica.
The Costa Blanca, protected by the mountain ranges enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate with year-round sunshine. Temperatures reaching 35 C, on a regular basis. The area boasts 320 days of sunshine each year. Even in winter the temperature rarely drops below 15C. We can also offer great rates for Long Term winter stay's between October and April every year from 1 - 7 months.
