Ana is the most gracious host; she was very responsive to our many questions and whenever we needed anything. If you’re looking for a super clean & well-appointed with gracious & responsive hosts, then this is the place for you. We highly recommend Páteo das Bouganvilias!

Excellent safety,clean,good connection accomondation

Good location and accomondation with all needed facilities. Many good Bus connections, tram nro 24 easily, shortly to centrum. Local supermarkets many around +pasteliers+commercial center Amareiros all 5min or less👍by walk. Airplanes went over but no matter for me. Strongly recommend. Hostess very nice and easy to reach in case need for. This neigbourhood maybe next time too and the flat was reallt very positive surprice🤗

Location très agréable, calme et confortable, bien située pour visiter Lisbonne, à 5 minutes à pied du bus et 15 minutes du métro, une supérette à 5 minutes à pied et des restaurants avec vente à emporter et pâtisserie à proximité. Rita est adorable, disponible, elle parle très bien le français ce qui a été rassurant pour nous. Merci encore Rita pour votre accueil et les délicieux Pasteis de Nata que vous nous avez offert. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine.

Choose Páteo das Bouganvilias for a Perfect Stay

My husband & I stayed a month & loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. The apartment is immaculate with everything you need. We were on a scouting trip to explore moving to Lisbon & my husband is a gourmet chef, so we cooked most days & with everything needed to make delicious meals. It’s beautifully decorated & walkable to many points of interest. For starters, there are several mini-markets within a 5 minute walk & several restaurants on the block. Pingo Doce, a major grocery store is less than 10 minutes walking. Parque Eduardo VII, Marques de Pombal plaza (a metro stop) & El Corte Ingles (another metro stop) are just a little further. We couldn’t believe our luck that we needn’t rent a car & had many bus choices around the corner, plus the Number 24 Tram in front of Pingo Doce. The apartment is on a traditional side street in a pretty, gated courtyard accessed with a key & there are tables for outdoor dining or just hanging out. Ana & Brás are the most gracious hosts we could hope for & were very responsive to our many questions & whenever we needed anything. They treated us like family & it felt so much like home, that we plan to stay again when we return. A couple things to note: the street & neighborhood are hilly with cobblestone sidewalks, so if you have trouble walking, a Taxi/Uber can bring you right to the door. This also means you won’t have to struggle getting your luggage from the car to the apartment, something to keep in mind since some other rentals aren’t accessible this way. Also, it’s in the flight path to the airport, but after awhile we didn’t notice much. After all, Lisbon is a big, bustling city with planes, trains & buses everywhere. Just for reference, we live in the suburbs of a major city. If you’re looking for a newly remodeled apartment, super clean & well-appointed with gracious & responsive hosts, then this is the place for you. We highly recommend Páteo das Bouganvilias!
