Beautiful and charming apartment with two bedrooms, private pool, large terrace and parking in a tourist complex in Caleta de Fuste, near the beach.The property has a fully equipped kitchen lounge. The property has a master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, flat-screen TV with international channels, Wi-Fi, a private pool, parking and a large solarium terrace for personal use. To highlight the central area with all kinds of services and the proximity to the beach.The accommodation is in a complex with a private pool and a communal pool, where you can enjoy sun loungers and a solarium.The property is located in an apartment complex with a communal pool, but this apartment has its own pool for the exclusive use of its clients.Caleta de Fuste is one of Fuerteventura's best areas; it is just minutes from the International Airport and the capital Puerto del Rosario, and has an excellent golden sand beach and all kinds of services. The priviliegiada location in a central area of the island allows you to visit it from north to south with great comfort. The site will enable you to reach the beach in a few minutes and enjoy the leisure, shopping and restaurants that offer all the area of Caleta de Fuste and its wonderful white sandy beach. Thousands of tourists visit Caleta de Fuste every year due to its strategic location, sunshine hours, and excellent weather throughout the year. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the wonderful sun of Fuerteventura, its tranquillity and a good atmosphere.In the vicinity of the accommodation you can move on foot, you have everything very close if you want to go out to see the island, the bus service is excellent, there is a station within walking distance if you ask us we can leave you all the schedules and we can help you with recommendations. If you drive without a doubt the best option is to rent a car, we can also organize it, the prices are very good.

The property is ok, but outside needs attention, artificial grass peeled off walls and paint peeling.The outside sun beds were old and uncomfortable.There was no information booklet, which would have been useful.

Functional.......just!

The inside of this property was generally functional, however you need to be at least 6ft tall to be able to reach most of the kitchen cupboards, but everything did work. The towels provided in the bathroom were really hard and there were no extra towels provided for swimming. Our main problem was with the number of cockroaches inside the property (in the kitchen and in the bedroom cupboards) which did make our stay worse than ever as every morning there were more! There was no housekeeping during our stay.The outside of the property is extremely rough and there are only 2 sunbeds which can be used as the others are not fit for purpose. It was stated that the pool was heated when it definitely wasn't and was also not cleaned during our stay. The fake grass was all worn off and just looked black and grotty. Very poor :( We have stayed in Fuerteventura many times and I am sad to say that we have returned home feeling like we didn't have a holiday, we were just 'getting through' the week as best we could.The location of the villa is great for nightlife and morning coffee, however we will not be returning to this villa.

Perfect location

Quiet residential area 5 min walk to centre. Nice interior with comfy beds. Outside area needs some tlc, a bit scruffy. But all on all we enjoyed our stay

could be really nice

Inside really nice, beds comfy, good shower, and location good. Only negative, sofa small, seats three and no other seating except dining chairs.Outside needs tlc. Privacy netting around walls, torn in places and only 2 sunbeds, the solid ones as in picture. Others are the aluminium ones that you carry to beach. These were too low for my husband and 86 year old mother to use. photo in advert shows good , solid sun beds. Again no other seating outside except dining table and chairs, loads of room, a nice comfy sofa and chairs would be nice. Pool brilliant though. Re check in- be aware you have your own street access, you are around the back of the complex, opposite the Gaudia. We wern't aware of this, it wasn't explained when key code was sent. We are still waiting two weeks after return to have our damage deposit returned. We did have issues that needed the maintainance team, main one being the safe that we couldn't access for two days, so lost two days of our holiday as money, cards etc all in there. It worked fine then didn't. In concact with management company, so far first email to them has gone unanswered

Great Apartment! Great location ... everything you look for in a holiday. Pool is an added bonus. We had a brilliant week, wish we had booked for longer. Would definitely recommend this Apartment.

We have just returned and had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was spotlessly clean and modern and well equipped. The outside area is huge and we loved the pool. If there was just one thing it would be to bring the outside up to date with the rest of the apartment. Fresh coat of paint on the exterior walls, new fake grass on the fencing and some new patio furniture would make a huge difference. We loved it non the less.

Excellent place perfect for small family
