This 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 just has to be seen as the location is perfect in the heart of the town, offering all the amenities you would need. Small gated community with swimming pool. The apartment has air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Nearby are lots of restaurants to suit most peoples tastes, supermarket, shops and on a Tuesday and Saturday a local market, Beautiful beach and stunning harbour. If you want to explore the Island you can either hire a car or take the local bus. All these amenities are within easy walking distance.There are two Golf courses nearby both of which are open to non residents and have for hire all golf equipment and buggies. The Atlantico Shopping Centre where you will find a further selection of great restaurants and bars along with plenty of boutique style shops and a large Euro Spar supermarket, cinema and Bowling alley.

The pictures listed didn’t do the property justice, it was lovely inside and out , clean, everything was there you needed for your stay, the complex was lovely and quiet and the location ideal and very central. Enjoyed our stay there 100%.

Beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need, sandy was lovely and met us by the gate,there was a welcome pack, water milk wine and beers which was great as we could get a drink before shopping. Supermarket 2 mins away and chemist right opposite, swimming pool was nice small but big enough, sun on balcony until 4, all in all home from home and i would definitely stay here again

The apartment was central to everything. It had all the amenities you need, from all the cooming facilities, to extra sun loungers and even a picnic box for the beach. Sandy was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be booking again. It was the relaxing holiday we had hoped for

Lovely apartment

Lovely very well equipped apartment which was spotlessly clean. The owner has thought of everything from loungers to clothes pegs and pool towels provided. Great central location with a short walk to bars and restaurants but quiet and safe at night. Great for couples or a small family with two good sized bedrooms xx. Thank you Peggy and Sandie

SIX WEEKS SAYS IT ALL

We were there as a couple for six weeks and enjoyed every bit of it. With Sandy and Andy providing the looking after the apartment ment it was clean and tidy and clean sheets and towels. why choose anywhere else.

A Cracking Little Gem

This property is in a very central town location but it was so quiet peaceful that you may have thought that you were out in the sticks. It is very well equipped and the A/C was brilliant for a great nights sleep. The property manager her husband were also very friendly I am sure that if there was a problem they would sort it no worries. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location

Everything was perfect in this rental the tv had every channel imaginable, plenty of kitchen utensils comfy beds and the location was exactly right for us, short walks to everywhere. Will return for sure.

Fantastic

Excellent home from home property

The property is in a excellent position close to all amenities. It is equipped to a very high standard and absolutely spotlessly clean. It was lovely to make a cup of tea when we arrived due to the surprise starters pack awaiting us. We will definitely be booking this property again when we next come to Faurterventura. Because there was four of us it might have been better with another set of keys as it was difficult for us to do anything separately. Apart from that EXCELLENT.

Nice apartment well kept and arrival package of wine and milk much appreciated. Only 2 reservations. The lounge/kitchen area was small and the stone staircase to the upstairs bedroom could be dangerous for less agile folk. The situation was great with lots of shops including a supermarket and restaurants close by. Taxi rank on the next corner. Hire car not recommended as parking a nightmare.

We stayed at no7 for 2 weeks at the start of July. This must rate as one of the best apartments we have stayed at. Very clean, quiet with good internet , what more can you ask for. 7 mins walk to the beach from the front entrance and 1 minute walk to Hiperdino/restaurants from the back entrance. 2 big bedrooms with ample storage and plenty of coat hangers as well! A/C in bedrooms and living room which was a godsend as temperatures peaked at 39° on our second weekend. Sunbathing available on the balcony from 10-1600 before the sun went behind the other side of the complex. We only met Sandy once on our first day as she had an operation scheduled but she talked us through the apartment and left us a lovely welcome pack. I only gave the online listing 3 stars as the pictures online dont do the apartment justice, no.7 is much better in real life. In conclusion, i would definitely recommend no7 to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a superb central location.

Amazing isn't strong enough!

This duplex is perfect...centrally located for all amenities and the beach. Exceptionally clean. Excellent facilities with every home comfort you could need in a holiday...definitely a truly perfect home away from home. Sandy who was on hand to help if we needed anything is a lovely person and such a genuine lady. Margaret the owner has made a beautiful place for lucky people like my husband and I to enjoy, a great big thumbs up to both Margaret and Sandy for making our stay..as large t and amazing as could be. We will be back for sure real soon 👍👍👍👍👍

Fantastic apartment!

My husband and I spent 10 nights at this apartment. On arrival it was very clean, tidy and a lovely welcome pack had been left for us, to our surprise. It was so nice to make a cup of tea before heading off to a supermarket to buy supplies. We've stayed in various apartments all around the island and this one was by far the best for supplying quite literally everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Even the kitchen was better kitted out than my own one at home! There's a gorgeous pool on site, which I think we were the only ones to use during our stay and the location is excellent for reaching all amenities and the centre of town. The area it's located in is very quiet and peaceful which is surprising as it's only a few metres away from the hubbub of the town. I will definitely be booking to stay here again and wouldn't hesitate recommending this apartment to others. Sandy popped in to say 'Hi' and is so friendly and helpful - everything combined made for a wonderful break away and we came home feeling very relaxed and rested. The only slight downside is if you hire a car then the on street parking is busy 24 hours a day. However, you do have a choice of the road in front or the road behind the building complex as the gate key fits the doors at both ends, so if you're confident with tight parallel parking, you should be able to find a suitable spot on one of these roads. Overall, if you want to stay in the centre of Caleta (but not feel like it), we can't imagine anywhere that would be more perfect than this place.
