Homely House With Shared Pool and FREE Wi-Fi

This is a lovely 2 bedroomed property, based in the heart of Caleta de Fuste, with a lovely shared pool set in beautiful landscaped gardens. Only 5 mins walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Ideal for your stay in Caleta and perfect for a group of only 4 people.

The house is on a residential complex and as with all these properties. This house for rental has 2 bedrooms upstairs, a main bathroom. The ground floor is of a smaller bathroom, a lounge area with TV and also a kitchen area.

The house has a basement area, seperate from the upper floors, as this is a SEPARATE area, which is locked off and PRIVATE for the owners use. Please take note that this area is locked on both sides of the doors for everyones peace of mind.

Please note that the prices quoted are for the whole house except for the basement. The house consists of:- only 2 bedrooms, the lounge and kitchen areas and also the rear of the property leading to the pool.

The television system is using a Kodi/IPTV system and at the moment guests can view UK TV channels and also movies and box sets. This is usually easy to use and it available for all guests to use if they wish.

We had a great holiday at Marion’s apartment. Her communication was excellent from booking to arrival, and she was very helpful and welcoming. Very easy check in with Gabriella. The apartment is a perfect base from which to explore the island; with beaches and shops just a short walk away There is everything in the property you need for a relaxing break. The property is spotlessly clean and very well equipped with lots of extras. The Tv package and WiFi was super. Pool loungers just for you to relax around the pool. The pool is spotless.Definitely recommend this place for your next trip to Fuerteventura.Thank you Marion 5*****

We have stayed in Caleta many times and Marian's apartment is in the ideal location for bars, restaurants and the beach. Communication with Marian was excellent and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Apartment is very comfortable with excellent furnishing in the living room, a kitchen with all appliances and utensils you could wish for. Bedrooms are are very comfortable, nice modern bathroom with most importantly lots of good quality towels. The pool area is very quiet and most days we had it almost to ourselves. We would definitely recommend and will be staying here again in the future

House is centrally located. Spotlessly clean/gleaming. Has everything you need for a homely, comfortable stay. Owner popped in to introduce herself which was also a nice touch. Was nice to see the sunshine and have heat in January. Wished we had booked for a longer stay

Very convenient, comfortable and well equipped apartment

I just wanted a weeks break away in the sunshine before Christmas and this apartment fitted the bill perfectly. Soon after arriving it was clear I was suffering from Flu :( Fortunately the apartment was so comfy and well equipped it was the best place to be to recover. You wanted for nothing in the way of utensils in the kitchen. There were toiletries. The TV which got a lot of use had ALL the channels including Sky premium and there was 7 day catchup for the main UK channels. I'd love to go back again when I feel better.

Very clean and spacious apartment with all the necessary amenities for a ten day holiday. Location was ideal for the resort with the ability to access the island using local transport. Would have appreciated a change of bedding and towels for this time period but managed to use washing Machine on a warm day. Amazing apartment

We stayed at this apartment for two weeks and really enjoyed it! Everything is close by so you can literally walk everywhere around Caleta. The kitchen was well equipped and the TV provided a variety of all kind of movies. We can totally recommend it :)

Wonderful stay

We have had a wonderful 2 week stay at Marians home. Everything we could of needed was there and the property was spotless. Our children were over the moon with how close the pool was and our 8 year old daughter would of been in it from dawn to dusk if she was allowed. Perfect location from exploring the local area. Short walk to shops, restaurants, the beach and marina. Sharon and Tony are lovely and helpful. We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely book again.
