2 bed apartment which sleeps up to 4 is only a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport. It is spacious, airy and child friendly fully equipped for all your self catering requirements. There’s a gated communal pool and child’s paddling pool in the secure gated family complex. There is a large front terrace with a pool view including a travel cot, high chair and a security safe. Also included is UK TV and Fibre optic WIFI. It is a 5 minute stroll to the restaurants and bars and only a 10 minute walk to the beach and harbour. Close by is the Atlantico Centre with a large supermarket, Bowling Alley, Cinema, Shops and Restaurants. There’s plenty to explore and do on the island and the apartment is ideal for families, couples and friends to socialise and relax in the sun.

Thanks Diana for an excellent stay at your apartment, great location for all shops, bars and Restaurants just a short stroll away, the water, tea, coffee and milk you made available on arrival was very much appreciated as was the late check out, would definitely stay again if visiting Fuerteventura

Lieu de séjour très agréable et tranquille

L’appartement est bien conçu, facile à vivre pour trois ou quatre personnes. La résidence est silencieuse. La ville n’est pas très belle au plan architectural, mais dispose de tous les commerces. Elle est idéalement située pour les personnes qui veulent sillonner l’île du nord au sud et de l’est à l’ouest.

Complex nice but can’t recommend the apartment itself

The location of the apartment is good and the complex is kept clean and tidy. Not far from shops, restaurants and about 10 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately I couldn’t recommend the apartment itself though. Although the apartment is nicely decorated and matches the pictures on the listing the issue was the cleanliness of the apartment, there were multiple areas that could do with a deep clean and a little bit of a refresh (toilet seat/cracks on the sun loungers). We chose to find alternative accommodation after a few days as we didn’t feel we could relax and feel comfortable. I’m sure the apartment could be great if the cleanliness issues were addressed. The hosts communication regarding my issues could have been handled a lot better.

Had a great time,apartment had everything we needed for our stay.Esmeralda complex is well situated quiet and relaxing and well kept. It was nice to have Alan on hand in case of any problems arose which didn’t. Definitely recommend and hope to stay here again in the future

Beautiful place to stay

What a lovely apartment and complex. We have just got back from spending a week here and can’t thank Diana enough for making sure we had a memorable holiday. The apartment was perfect in every way, and had all the facilities we needed to be comfortable. Its on a lovely complex thats a gated community so very secure and safe, allowing us to just kick back and relax. Theres lots of places to shop, eat and drink within a very short walk, and the main town centre is less than a five minute walk. Thanks Diana we will definitely be coming back

Great stay at Esmeralda

This is a lovely property in the centre of Caleta. Diana was great during the booking process and stayed in touch throughout. We arrived early at the property and she had someone meet us with the keys. They had left a huge bottle of water , milk, tea and coffee which was a lovely touch. The appartment has everything you need with English tv and WiFi. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay here again

DECEPCIÓN

Desde hace años nos alojamos en el Residencial Esmeralda en distintos apartamentos, el residencial está bien cuidado y es muy tranquilo. Caleta de Fuste es una zona con buena ubicación, razones por las que seguimos repitiendo año tras año. No obstante, es la primera vez que nos sucede algo como lo que te voy a relatar en relación a nuestra experiencia la cual ha sido de la siguiente manera: COSAS POSITIVAS Amplitud y equipamiento del apartamento, dispone de todo lo necesario para hacer que la estancia sea agradable. Agradecer a Lisa COSAS NEGATIVAS Hemos pasado toda la semana matando cucarachas en la cocina, estaban por todas partes dentro de los muebles de la cocina, en las gavetas de los cubiertos, en la encimera, en la despensa. En el cuarto de baño, bañera, zona del bidet etc. Ha sido bastante desagradable incómodo y molesto... ya que cuando salíamos por la mañana teníamos que rociar toda la cocina y el cuarto de baño con INSECTICIDA y al llegar en la tarde noche al apartamento, el olor era insoportable, pero no era suficiente el INSECTICIDA que habíamos puesto por la mañana, porque aún así, seguíamos matando cucarachas. Esto supuso un gran problema para mis hijos y para mí. La limpieza del apartamento no estaba en buenas condiciones. CONCLUSIÓN volvería a repetir en tu casa siempre y cuando me garantizará que el problema está resuelto

Bien mais.....

Le logement est conforme au descriptif.Il est bien situé dans une petite station balnéaire avec un large choix de restaurants à proximité, ainsi que plusieurs petits supermarchés.Il n'y a pas de parking privatif mais on trouve à se garer facilement dans la rue.Le seul problème pour nous a été la piscine : inutilisable pour cause de travaux.Il faut bien que les travaux se fassent mais on aurait bien aimé avoir été mis au courant en amont plutôt que de le découvrir par nous même en arrivant !

Perfecte locatie. Dichtbij strand, winkeltjes, supermarkt en restaurants, maar complex is rustig gelegen. Huisje is comfortabel; heerlijk dat er een vaatwasser en zelfs wasmachine is. We hebben erg genoten!

Lovely apartment clean and well located.

We have stayed in that complex on several occasions but that is the best apartment so far. Alan the owners dad who I've met before is really helpful and makes you feel comfortable. Overall an excellent experience and are looking at booking again 👍👍

Perfect Apartment In Caleta

This was our 4th stay in Caleta and this is by far the best apartment that we have stayed in. The complex is very quiet but close enough to all of the bars and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped with everything that you will need for your stay and with an East facing terrace you get the sun all morning and if you still feel like more sun in the afternoon it is a 20 metre walk to the pool side where there are many sunbeds which are never full. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout the booking process and we will certainly be back soon.
