This is a three bedroom apartment ideal for a comfortable stay. There is a metro in front that takes you within 5-10 minutes to Plaza Catalunya and Ramblas, two big tourist spots in Barcelona. The apartment is very well located. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. A supermarket at the corner, the butcher and bakery in front and fresh vegetables store right next to the building.

This Barcelona apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a classic elevator. This apartment in Barcelona is modernly decorated, maintaining classical ornamental details in the ceilings, combined with the comfort of nowadays.

Entering the apartment, on your left side you find the main bathroom, equipped with a shower.
If you continue down the hallway, it leads you to the main living space that is open with the kitchen, living room, and dining area combined. Off of this space is a small balcony with a table and chair to enjoy the view below or let in some natural air. Additionally, there is an AC unit in the living room. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a flat screen television, and a Google Chromecast.

Attached to the living room is the main bedroom with a double bed, and a complete closet to store all your belongings during your stay in Barcelona. The other two bedrooms are equipped with an individual bed, one with a pull out bed. The bedroom closer to the living room also has a washing machine and a dryer.

The ideal number of guests for this apartment is 4 persons, to stay comfortably. The second bathroom only has a toilet and sink.

All in all, this apartment is located in an ideal location to be during your stay, and offers comfort and functionality for families and groups of friends visiting Barcelona.

For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls (no whatsapp) for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.

- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.

- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call at +34 608753300 about 30-45 minutes before. No WhatsApp calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.

- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.

- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.

- Don't forget about the tourist tax – it's 6.05€ per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.
