Ground floor Apartment with modern fixtures & fittings. 3 double bedrooms (1 King), one ensuite and separate bathroom ground floor apartment. Both bathrooms with large walk in showers. Free WiFi, off street parking, large, well maintained garden and outdoor seating areas. Gas BBQ. TV including free Netflix. All utilities included in cost.
Apartment is fully accessible for anyone with disabilities, including wheelchair access.
Close to several beaches and short drive to many south coast attractions.
Please note the upstairs, accessed by separate entrance to the side, is not rented out and is occupied by owners when they are on island. Property manager will host your stay.

Ideally you will be checked out by myself as host. Alternatively our property manager will check you out.
If neither available, please lock up and place key in key safe on wall outside. Thank you, Guy

We chose this property due to the plot size and potential. This has now been fully modernised into a beautiful 3 double bedroom apartment.
The location is excellent for any South coast amenities and local transport services are excellent and great value. Car hire easily available if required and we can arrange this for you together with trips as required,
