About this property

Lovely apartment with a beautiful terrace a few steps from the Pantheon located on the third floor, with a lift (you have to walk up to the first floor). The palace was built in 1582 and was initially a monastery of the "Franciscan" nuns.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed (150x190), living room with fireplace and double sofa bed (140 x 190), table with chairs, kitchen, bathroom. All rooms have access to the terrace (max 2 + 2 person - 50 mq).

The terrace is equipped with table with chairs and umbrella, sun loungers and there are numerous plants (30 mq)

The apartment has internet access via WiFi, washing machine and Air Conditioning \ Heating and Smart TV. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, microwave, hob and is equipped for cooking and eating. We provide linens and towels for all guests.

The apartment is very comfortable. Its location allows to explore on foot many tourist attractions.
The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.

The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).

Schöne Zeit in Rom mit zentraler Lage

Ich bin mit meiner Freundin im Mai 23 da gewesen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief bestens, alles war toll organisiert. Die Wohnung hat Charme und eine wunderschöne Terrasse. Die Lage ist super zentral und wirklich perfekt, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Kleiner Punkt: als grillfan hatte ich extra diese Unterkunft gewählt, um den ausgewiesenen Grill zu nutzen. Leider war dieser nicht betriebsbereit, da sehr alt und gasbetrieben ohne Flasche. Aber nur kleiner Punkt, in den Restaurants zu essen war vermutlich sowieso die bessere Wahl ;)

Roma for a 60th birthday - reunion of old friends from Rome 1980’s

Our stay was magical - from the moment I arrived. The instructions were perfect, Roberto (the portiere) was ver friendly, helpful and gave us old Romans great neighborhood tips. The apartment is charming, old - as we lived in Rome in the 1980’s…with a spectacular terrace in a quiet building near the Pantheon. Everything was fabulous and I loved the old charm and quiet building. Bravo to the team..the simplicity was perfect, and did not once need to call the 24—hour hotline. Gracie!

Great Location

Nice historic building in a great location. Very responsive property management. Provides airport transit, if required. A couple of hundred yards from the Pantheon, close to ample dining, a short walk to Trevi. Near to a taxi rank. The kitchen is very small, which was fine with us, but you would struggle to cook in this space.
