J’avais réservé du 10 au 24 août un appartement au Blue Lagon Alcazaba Casares pour ma famille de 5 personnes (avec enfants).À notre arrivée, après un long voyage, aucune personne de contact sur place. Le numéro de téléphone fourni pour joindre l’hôte était erroné : il appartenait à une dame qui m’a expliqué qu’elle avait géré ce logement il y a plus de 7 ou 8 ans, mais qu’elle n’avait plus aucun lien avec celui-ci.J’ai donc dû contacter plusieurs fois Abritel (VRBO) pour signaler le problème. Après 3 jours d’incertitude et de stress, la réservation a finalement été annulée et remboursée. Mais entre-temps, je me suis retrouvé avec ma famille sans logement en pleine haute saison du mois d’août.J’ai dû chercher en urgence des hébergements disponibles, en réservant quelques nuits ici et là, ce qui nous a coûté plus de 1000 supplémentaires par rapport au budget prévu, sans compter la perte de temps, l’inconfort et le stress énorme pour toute la famille.
