Designer retreat with pool in Bellport Village

Fully renovated 3BR, 2BA with heated salt water pool in large backyard. One block from shops and restaurants, and short walk to marina and ferry to private beach on Fire Island.

Three bedrooms with queen size beds, and new queen air mattress sleeper sofa in family room upstairs. Open with lots of light, the family room has skylights, living room a wood burning fireplace, and dining room seats 8-10 people. Peloton in downstairs bedroom. Outside are dining table and chairs, grill, and lounges, as well as security cameras with automatic lights.

Furniture, appliances, amenities are new (except for a few beautiful vintage pieces from my family). Photos are a mix from when setting up (photographer friend) and updated ones with my iPhone.

This is a weekend retreat that I loved so much I moved in full time and now rent once a year when away. The home is modern, airy and relaxing -- a retreat with all the comforts of a home.

Amenities include: A/C and Heat, Peloton, Heated Salt Water Pool, WiFi, TV / DVD player / Chromecast, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Blender, Toaster, Soda Stream, BBQ Grill, Alarm, Driveway for 2 cars (Garage for 1 car for longer rentals only).

Utilities and maintenance: guests under 2 weeks responsible for electricity; over 2 weeks responsible for all. 3% occupancy tax will be added to rate.

No smoking or parties.

Bellport is a lovely village with private beach, restaurants, shops, galleries, summer theater and outdoor concerts. Easy walk to everything. Ask about access to tennis and golf at the country club and ferry to private beach on Fire Island. Nature preserves and other outdoor attractions also nearby. It's about 80 minutes driving from NYC or by train (LIRR) from Penn Station, or 1 hour from JFK and LGA airports (20 min from Islip airport). Happy to provide any more information!
