The luxurious second floor Master Bedroom is perfect for unwinding with its king bed, Italian shower, and jetted whirlpool. The second-floor kid's bedroom has adjacent twin beds, and the second floor guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The first-floor Master bedroom offers a queen bed and direct access to the patio, while the first-floor guest bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed.

The house also features a dining room, cozy living room, porch, TV room, 3 bathrooms, one half-bathroom, a garage (one car), a driveway (3 cars) and a spacious sunroom that opens up to the outdoor patio. With multiple skylights and windows, the house is illuminated with natural light, providing a serene ambiance for your beach vacation.

Our house is equipped with a pool (Mid-May to Mid-October), hot tub (year-round), an outdoor shower and ping pong table, along with plenty of toys and board games for children and adults to enjoy. Bikes are also available for guests to explore the charming village and its surroundings.

Please follow our house rules, including check-in after 3 PM and check-out by 10 AM, no parties or events, no smoking, and no pets. We kindly ask our guests to be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially in the summer months. No outdoor music or loud voices after 10 PM. We expect you to leave the house reasonably clean, and any additional cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit. Please be environmentally conscious by turning off lights, AC, and heating when you leave.
