No parties. Only registered guests allowed. Please keep noise down after 10pm - especially outside - to respect our neighbors.
No shoes inside please! Please help us keep our floors and rugs in good condition by removing shoes at the entrance
No wipes, sanitary napkins, etc in the toilets please! We have a fragile septic system, so please throw anything other than toilet paper in the toilet

We adored our stay at this house. It was perfectly appointed and so much space. The pool was the highlight…and the incredible wildlife—chipmunks, bunnies, doves—all in the yard! It was beautifully decorated with comfortable, chic furniture that made you feel at home. The owners were super easy to get in touch with and were kind and accommodating. The location is excellent, a quiet neighborhood and a short walk into town. We will be back!

Very lovely property. Pool is wonderful large, deep end and very clean, pool toys and noodles! Partially Shady yard most of the time. Well appointed deck with lounge chairs and large table all with umbrella coverage. Grill is large and works well. Kitchen has all utensils and appliances you can imagine. Many rooms to gather. Bedrooms are comfortable, beds very comfortable and spacious as are the bathrooms. I recommend children older than 6 as this property has beautiful high end furniture and steep stairs. Overall an excellent stay and we VRBO several times a year!
