This beautiful 3 bedroom villa with private pool is situated in the residential area of Cerro Grande.
It has been furnished to a high standard and comprises of large open plan living/dining room with large patio doors leading to shady terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool which is perfect for dining al-fresco.

On the lower level is a large kitchen and the dining and living areas.
The upstairs comprises of 2 double bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite shower room and 1 twin bedroom. Also a spacious separate bathroom. There is also access to a large roof terrace, giving fantastic views sea views.

Some steps lead down from the terrace to the swimming pool and beautiful gardens.
Pool Size 5.3m x 8m. Depth - shallow 0.90 deep 2.10m.

Beautiful, spacious villa in a fantastic location for families. Quiet at night and only a few minutes walk to restaurants, beach, bars. We're hoping for a second visit!

Beautiful well-equipped property

Lovely, clean, well-equipped and spacious property. Pool was fantastic and house is well-situated for visiting both the town centre and the marina. Supermarket nearby for essentials.

What an amazing Villa! So well equipped and in a perfect location for exploring the old town and the Marina. The photos on the listing don’t do it justice. It’s huge, with a wonderful pool and outdoor eating area. Although hot at night the fans provided allowed us to sleep well and we cooked some lovely meals, making use of the Intermarche that’s 5 mins walk away.Would highly recommend, and will definitely be back!
