Located in a quiet and strategic area, the apartment is less than 10 minute-walk from Montecatini Terme center and 5 minute-walk from its Funicular. It is 7 minutes by car from the Firenze-Mare A11 motorway, which is ideal for day trips to Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena and Liguria. The flat is 5 minutes by car from the railway station, the bus and taxi stations.
The apartment is always sanitized and inside you will find masks, gloves and sanitizing gel.

It is ideal for working from home.

Next to us there is a free parking spot.

You will also have within easy reach facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and many other amenities.

Chaos

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war vom 3. - 9.3.24 gebucht und bezahlt. Während der Anreise am 3.3. wurde die Buchung seitens der Agentur 1 Stunde vor Anreise ohne weiteren Kommentar STORNIERT! Ist das an "Schweinerei" noch zu toppen???

problème de reception de clefs : clefs manquantes

Pas possible d'accéder à l'appartement : pas de clefs dans la letter box. Malgré l'aide d'un voisin très aimable et patient , impossible de trouver une solution : un double a la femme de ménage aurait permis d'acceder au logement. Pas de réponse au téléphone de l'hote. Communication heureusement par mail. Mais aucune solution possible. Donc réservation annulée et remboursement fait immédiaatement. Par contre, obligé d'aller à l'hotel et donc surcout pour 5 nuits à 4 personnes !
