The villa is surrounded by greenery, in the typical Tuscan countryside, with a large garden of over 6000 square meters, among 100 olive trees and fruit trees, fenced, with ample free parking .. It is equipped with the following comforts: satellite TV, DVD player, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, electric oven, gas cooker, fridge, barbecue. The house has independent heating. There are books, cards, chess, soccer balls available to guests. Small pets are allowed. Linen with weekly change is included.

Great week in Toscana

Gabriella and her family made everything to facilitate our week. Location is perfect, pool was great even if a bit old. And hope équipement could have been even better with a second fridge

Klare Empfehlung.

Objekt war sauber und so wie beschrieben. Vermieter war stets gut zu erreichen und hat sich gekümmert. Bspw. war der kleine Backofen defekt und wurde nach unserem Hinweis schnell getauscht.

Ideal location to explore the area with a lovely pool to cool off in.

Lovely farmhouse in an ideal location to explore this beautiful part of Italy. 5 large rooms and bathrooms so ideal for a large family and a great sized pool to cool off in. Really enjoyed our stay here, thanks.

Nice vacation

The house is great, cumfortable and spacious. The location is wonderfull as well, 45 min away from Firenze, Pise and its tower, 20 minutes from the nearest beach and Lucca. We spend a great day over there.
