Around the apartments there are mountains where you can walk .The location is close to the most important cities of Tuscany: Lucca is 20 minutes away by car, Siena is 1 hour 30 minutes, one hour Florence . "The Cinque Terre" is located 50 minutes from the apartment. A two chilometri the apartment is posibble find restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment is indipendent and it is in a house that is in the same family. It consists of four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large kitchen, a large living room and a 80 sqm terrace. Covered with vines.

Very nice place

We had a very nice stay at the wonderfull historic house in the heart of Montemagno. The apparment has a lot of space and a fantastic terrace where we had our meals. Everybody in Montemagno was friendly and helpsome. This is a place we loved and recommend.

Great week in Italy

My family and I had an excellent week at David's home ! Thanks to him for his kindness, the apartment is large, clean and comfortable. The location is really good, not far from Pisa, on the hill in a typical little village. We really enjoyed our week! Many thanks to David.

Great location - everything is close by but still very peaceful

This is a great place to stay at if you are a family, plenty of space and bathrooms. I is not a new building, but has so much charm - we spent many evenings sitting on the great terass just enjoying life. David is very easy to be around and is a great host - I can only give hime great recomendations and it is not impossible we will be back. I travel all over the world in job, and I love this kind of living when I am on holliday - instead of fancy hotels and waterslopes :-) Thx david !

Notre séjour dans l’appartement de David s’est très bien passé. Le logement est très spacieux et garde la fraîcheur malgré la chaleur Toscane et c’est très appréciable.Un bémol cependant, nous nous attendions à une terrasse couverte de vigne comme sur les photos et elle n’y était plus. Il manquait une bâche pour la remplacer car la terrasse est en plein soleil.David nous a apporté un parasol très rapidement, même si c’était très gentil, c’était un peu juste.Globalement un très bon logement dans la campagne toscane à 30mn de la mer

Na een lange reis, konden we pas om 18 uur in het appartement, na een pittige discussie werd dit uiteindelijk 16.45 uur (check in at 16 hrs volgens site, geen goed begin) Huis is prima, lekker rustig, stukje klimmen vanaf de parkeerplaats, maar helemaal leuk. Het is oud huis dus verwacht geen luxe, alle voorzieningen zijn er “bijna” allemaal. Het koffiezetapparaat is een losse filter, ouderwets koffie zetten. Waterkoker is er niet. Het is erg warm in de zomer, een ventilator staat er wel maar als je met meerdere personen slaapt is een extra geen overbodige luxe. Het terras is geweldig, een buitendouche om heerlijk af te koelen. Prima verblijf gehad, mooie uitstapjes naar Pisa, Lucca, Florence! Zwembad (openbaar) is 10 min met de auto. Zijn er 2, Eden piscina la Formace is duur, lauw water, geen vriendelijke mensen. Het andere zwembad is mooier en veel gezelliger( Vigopelago) Wij hebben een heerlikje vakantie gehad, dank je wel David!

Begeisterung fühlt sich anders an

sehr altes haus und liegt ca. 400-500 Meter oben in in den bergen, wo es immer sehr windig ist. Die Straßen sind sehr eng und es gibt keine fast wende Möglichkeit. Toskanisches idyllisches kleines Dorf. Denke nochmal buchen würde ich es nicht mehr.

Wat er niet was

Bedden waren slecht overal voelde je de veren. KoffieKopjes hebben we bij moeten kopen. Ook kregen we ratten op bezoek. Zwembad was ook niet in de buurt. Wasmachine deed het niet goed. Kon maar 1 strandlaken tegelijk wassen. Verder was het smoezelig.

People arrived in the house and doesn't tell me anything, about their opinion of the condition's flat, for all the week they booked the flat. When they left the house, they left a lot of garbage on the exterior of the house within to do Waste Sorting. About the swimming pool I asked them that it is at 4/5 kilometers from the flat ;on the web site it isn't wrote that the swimming pool is near the house.

Vaste maison

Maison traditionnelle, à flanc de montagne, à équidistance de Pise et Lucca. L'accès par une rue étroite, rend le stationnement un peu compliqué. Par ces étés caniculaires les murs épais ne peuvent pas tout ! Elle bénéficierait utilement de ventilateurs supplémentaires. Le propriétaire, sympathique, fait oublier ces désagréments. Je conseillerais surtout en intersaisons.

Hat nicht ganz unsere Erwartungen erfüllt

Das Haus wurde leider nicht gut gereinigt. Mussten alles komplett neu waschen. Der Parkplatz befindet sich nicht direkt am Haus, was leider nicht aus der Beschreibung hervorgeht. Der öffentliche Parkplatz ist bends meistens voll und es ist schwer ein Platz zu Finden. Der beschriebene Pool ist leider auch nicht vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ok. Für den Preis hatten wir auch keine Villa erwartet, doch etwas sauberer hätte es sein können.

The people was very nice with me but I'm very sorry that they didn't tell me anythig about the cleanig of the flat: last day of holidays I ask them if there was problems about the flat and they answered that all were ok, there was only the problem about the parking, full in the week end.( Before every arrival of tourist I do the total cleanig of the flat). Before the booking I told them that the swimming pool was at two kilometers from the flat, so it's not coorect they wrote that there is any pool.

Wunderschöne Toskana

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in einem wunderschönen kleinen toskanischen Dorf, bietet genügend Platz für 8-10 Personen und hat eine große Terrasse, auf der man bequem essen oder bei einem Glas Wein den Tag ausklingen lassen kann. Sehr schön!

Leben im toskanischen Bergdorf hautnah

Die Wohnung ist typisch toskanisch rustikal eingerichtet. Der Mittelpunkt der Ferienwohnung ist die herrliche, riesige mit Wein überdachte Terasse. Hier haben wir uns häufig aufgehalten. Die Raumaufteilung ist äußerst praktisch. Man kann schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Pisa, Lucca und Florenz sind schnell erreicht. Zu einem schönen , ruhig gelegenen Strand im Naturschutzgebiet Torre del Lago Puccini fährt man ca 45 min. Die Wohnung ist für Haustiere bestens geeignet. Die Anfahrt mit einem größeren Fahrzeug ist abenteuerlich , aber machbar. Geparkt wird am Ortseingang , wir haben immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Die Wohnung ist fussläufig in 5 min erreicht. Wir möchten uns bei dem netten Vermieter, Herrn Ciabatti bedanken.

Wonen als echte Italianen!

Het was een echte authentieke woning van de grootouders van de gastheer. Het appartement stond midden in een heel leuk dorpje en was van alle gemakken voorzien. Grootste troef was een fantastisch terras met uitzicht, waar het met name ‘s avonds heerlijk toeven was.

A peacful apartment in Tuscany

David, the owner of the flat was incredible. He was very accommodating and very helpful since the beginning and he was available whenever I had any questions. His apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable and had everything we needed to feel at home. It was located on the hill with a gorgeous mountain view and it looked exactly like it did on the pictures. The apartment is near Pisa (15 minutes with car), Lucca (30 minutes with car), and Florence (1 hour with train). I would 100% recommend this wonderful apartment.

Recommended, very charming

Had a wonderful stay in the apartment and the City of Montemagno is small, but charming. Road up to the City can be a Challenge for non italians, but its worthwhile and close to Pisa, the ocean and in the middle of the mountains. We loved it and David is a very nice host. The apartment is old and charming and the terrasse is the natural centerpiece for the family.

Idyllisch gelegen

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage in dem kleinen Dorf mit seinen engen kleinen Gassen empfanden wir als ideal, da wir wirklich Italien erleben wollten. Mit neun Personen hatten wir einen großen Van gemietet, mit dem das Herauffahren auf den engen Straßen ein bisschen anstrengend war, aber es gibt einen Parkplatz ein paar Minuten vom Apartment, auf dem wir jedes Mal einen Parkplatz gefunden haben. Mit kleinerem Auto ist das Ganze kein Problem. Die Terrasse des Apartments war unser Lieblingsort mit ihrer Größe und ihrem Flair!! Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist gut gemacht und mit neun Personen haben wir sehr gut in die Wohnung gepasst. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und verlief sehr reibungslos. Wir haben immer schnell Antworten bekommen. Vielen Dank, David Ciabatti! Nach Pisa sind es nur 20 Minuten! Und dort an den Strand eine halbe Stunde. Gleich südlich von Viareggio gibt es einen sehr tollen Strand im Naturschutzgebiet. Viel Freude beim Aufenthalt in dem pittoresken Montemagno!!

Nice appartment, helpful landlord. To make the most of your stay in that beautiful area I recommend to have a car. The house is on the top of a steep hill! Relaxing break, good place for 8 people (2 per room).

Nonostante la casa fosse un po' fredda e un bagno fosse fuori uso (quello sull'ampia terrazza), tutto era come previsto. David è stato cortese e disponibile durante tutta la durata del soggiorno. Consigliata, ma sicuramente preferibile nel periodo estivo.

Großzügige Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Hier stimmte alles! Der sehr nette Vermieter, die fantastische Wohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern und einer absolut traumhaften riesigen Veranda mit einem tollen Blick auf die Berge der Toskana. Die Wohnung war noch dazu sehr individuell mit tollen alten Möbeln eingerichtet und das Dörfchen Montemagno ist ein Traum für alle Ruhe und Erholung Suchenden. Meine Empfehlung!

Le tarif écrit sur le site ne comprends pas de linge pour chambres et salles de bains qui est optionale et cette chose est écrite sur la page concernant mon appartement. Les touristes ont été très gentils . The price writeln on the web site doesn't include the linen for beds and baths, that is an optional and this thing is writeln on the page where you find the flat. The people were very nicely.

Inoubliable vacance

Je suis arrivée le 3 Mai 2016 et j'ai passé une belle vacance avec ma famille, dans une location vraiment grande , comfortable . C'est une location ideale pour visiter les villes les plus importantes de la Toscane, car Pise est à 15 minutes, Florence à 45 minutes, Sienne à 1 heure. A 5 minutes en voiture il y a tous les services les plus importants: supermarché, boutiques etc. Je crois que l'année prochain je ferai encore mes vacances dans cette location.
