Ancient Tuscan style country house with a view of the Pisan Mountains

The Casa di Trecco is a somewhat magical place... which can adapt to your needs for relaxation or conviviality: surrounded by greenery you can listen to the sounds of nature, the flow of water in the stream. From the garden, you can contemplate the splendid panorama of the Tuscan archipelago, but it is equally beautiful to experience the house: satisfying your palate and spirit in front of the crackling fire in the fireplace, or having a barbeque to dine with friends, staying out late playing and converse...

It is an ancient house, the original nucleus dates back to 1200, renovated maintaining the typical style of Tuscan rural houses, stone walls, ceilings with rafters, terracotta floors. It unfolds on several levels, the environment is warm and very intimate, the furnishings are refined but simple.

The house is located on the slope so there are internal stairs to access the various rooms (large and equipped with railings) and also stone stairs both in the garden and to access the house from where you normally leave the car.
A short distance away there is a small and characteristic country cemetery.

Superb holiday home

The house is very spacious and outside spaces are great; fruit trees, breathtaking views, great walks. All of this for a great deal. Serena, the host has been great throughout the whole process. The restaurants nearby are of high quality, shopping not so close but while on holiday you can organise yourself. A car is necessary for all duties. The seaside is a good drive away, we stayed in Torre del Lago free beaches and enjoyed it. Close to one hour away. Don’t waste time going towards Pisa for the sea, the beaches aren’t so great there. Lovely restaurant 2 minutes walk. Would definitely return. Highly recommended to this in need of space and nature. Only downside there was no washing machine, and the local automatic laundry is expensive (16€ for a small load) and needs a 10 minutes drive to get there. So if you stay 2 weeks with a family of 6, it could be a bit of an issue.

Wir wurden nett emfangen und zum Haus hingeführt denn alleine hätten wir es nicht gefunden. mann muß sehr gut zu fuß sein um das haus zu erreichen den mann muß einen steilen berg überwinden.Mit dem Auto kann mann das Haus auch erreichen aber es führt eine smalle unbefestigte und holperige Strasse (ca. 300 m).Das Haus selbst war für uns ausreichend und hate alles was mann so braucht um urlaub zu machen.Das Haus war Sauber, die Betten waren Gut,die Küchenausstatung war einfach aber ausreichend, und mann hat viel platz für die ganze Familie.Auch der Garten war sehr schon,Typisch Toskana.Da dürch das Haus neben eine Kirche befindet war interresant jeder stunde am morgen die verschiedener Glogenmelodien zu hören. Es war unserer erste Urlaud in der Pisaner Berge.

Ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem toskanischen Häuschen in Mitten von Olivenbäumen. Das Haus ist urig und hat seinen ganz eigenen Charm, bietet aber alles was man braucht. Das Grundstück liegt in Hanglage. Von den verschiedenen Terrassenebenen hat man einen traumhaften Blick in die Pisaner Berge, über die Ebene bishin zum Meer Die Umgebung bietet sowohl eine wunderschöne Landschaft als auch kulturell vielfältige Möglichkeiten.Calci selbst ist ein Ort mit viel toskanischem Ambiente und vermittelt so schon das richtige Urlaubsgefühl. Serena steht als Gastgeberin mit Rat und Tat zur Seite um den Aufenthalt für ihre Gäste besonders zu gestalten. Die Kommunikation und Abwicklung waren unkompliziert.Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen nochmal wieder zu kommen!Info: Der Weg den Berg rauf zum Haus bzw. zur Parkmöglichkeit unterhalb des Hauses ist mit einem großen schweren Auto anspruchsvoll, aber machbar.

Relax ed escursioni nel verde

La casa è molto bella, rustica, tutta di pietra, dove una famiglia o amici possono rilassarsi e fare escursioni. La casa è immersa nel verde, tra panorami e ruscelli si può assaporare la pace che regna tutto intorno. Serena è super disponibile e gentile.

Sehr schönes Haus in den Pisaner Bergen

Ein altes Haus mit dicken Wänden, viel Außenraum und weitem Blick, am Hang an Ende eines Dorfes. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Haus in den Bergen

Es war genau das was wir wollten, ursprünglich ein bisschen abgeschieden. Wir würden sehr freundlich von allen empfangen. Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant gleich in der Nähe. Gerne immer wieder.
