The house has a fabulous games room with a bar, pool table, Large tv with karaoke and a wine fridge.
This property boasts a beautifully modern open plan kitchen /entertaining area with a gorgeously grand dining area, seating 20 guests. This room really is the centre piece of the house, making it the ideal space for socializing and entertainment. You will also find a large comfortable sofa and a large flat smart TV.
This incredible house provides a fully equipped kitchens with oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave, dishwasher and free Wi-Fi throughout. There is also hairdryers and ironing facilities provided throughout your stay, allowing you to pack a little lighter for your big weekend in York.

Great Celebration House

Great house for a large group can accommodate up to 20 guests with lots of bathrooms. The party room was fantastic with the pool table and the kitchen was well stocked for the number of guests. Would highly recommend for a large gathering

Wow, excellent stay!

We had such an enjoyable time here. The house is huge, very deceiving from the outside. Lovely modern décor throughout, we spent plenty of time in the main entertaining room and our party loved it. All the beds were comfy, the games room was great. No complaints. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay!

We had such a great stay, the games room was so cool! the top floor was perfect for a big group meal and drinks to celebrate, the bedrooms were very spacious which we didn't expect for a house that sleeps so many, the fact that every bedroom had its own ensuite with showers was perfect for getting ready, It was was equiped with everything you could need, Fab place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!
