In a perfect location from which to explore and enjoy all that York has to offer this 4 bedroom 4 bathroom property with Minster Views is a perfect choice for your time in York.

Through the building’s secure entrance door and up a flight of stairs to the first floor. On the first floor of a beautifully converted building, your lounge and kitchen area are located with plenty of seating and dining tables easy pulled out to accommodate your group to sit down and enjoy a meal together.Going on to the 2nd floor is a king size bedroom and ensuite and a Double bedroom with ensuite.

The 3rd floor mirrors the 2nd floor with a king size and double bedroom both with en-suites.

King’s Square is seconds away which hosts talented street artists during the daytime or you can venture minutes out of the front door and explore the many historical, cultural and culinary sites within the City walls. Just ten seconds away is the famous Shambles, leading down to the unusually named Whip-Ma-Whop-Ma-Gate (one of the smallest streets in York). Continue down Fossgate and you are onto what is fast becoming known as ‘Restaurant Street and Bar street’, where there are many interesting eateries, ranging from Indian and Thai, to French, Italian, Polish and Tapas. Just minutes away is Betty’s tea room and the Minster from your door step.

You really can’t get much more central than this!

Great Place to stay

ideal property for a group. Really big house, plenty of bathrooms so loads of privacy. In the middle of the city centre so it was great for exploring York. The City is beautiful and I would highly recommend a visit.

Great stay

Right in the heart of the city and markets this is a lovely large home that ideally suits 6 people although there are 4 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom has an en suite. Host very responsive to communications and will definitely book again

Fantastic location and well set up for our party of 3 adults. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which was a real bonus for us. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Beds, bedding and towels were very nice. That said, it is a little tired with carpet stains and tears as others have mentioned. Washer is a combined unit and we had to hang up our laundry to get it completely dry. However, we appreciated having laundry at all and we would definitely stay here again.

great location

Lovely property right in the heart of York. Couldnt be in a better location. The house is great, well decorated and tidy. We had a problem with the boiler but the host was brilliant and put us in touch with a plumber immediately who was able to help us fix the issue ourselves. we'd absolutely stay here again next time we're in York.

This house was brilliant, very central. Very spacious. Had everything we needed. 4 bedrooms and each with their own shower room was very ideal. No parking but you did not need it as you was walking distance to everything.

Perfect placed property to explore York. I was very impressed with York Boutiques, very efficient, friendly and helpful. Good size bedrooms, ear plugs recommendation good as central and can be a little noise late on Every road seemed to lead back to house, very close to minster and train station Thank you we will return

Right in the heart of York

You literally are in the centre of York, you get to experience it all at your doorstep, the markets, the shambles, the cafe's, the bars and everything tourist-y is within walking distance! The York Dungeons, The Jorvic Centre, The art gallery, the castle Museum, cliffords tower, the York Bus tour! We explored it all and loved everyt minute and couldn't pick a better location, the bedrooms each had their own en-suite which was amazing ! We will certainly return on our next adventure to York....

Fantastic Trip

Just home from a fantastic trip. Boutique were great with communication, and were kind enough to let us check in early which saved carrying our luggage around the city. The house was lovely, and exactly as described. There was a minor issue with one of the bathroom showers but nothing that affected our stay. The noise level in the evenings was quite loud, however ear-plugs were supplied. Couldn’t fault the location!! If you want to be right in the middle of the action, it’s the perfect spot.

July Stay; family of 5 adults

The location is ideal for York. It is important to note that all levels have stairs and is in a pedestrian zone for those who have mobility issues. 4 spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds and each with an ensuite cannot be beat! Two towels provided per room are large and fluffy, washer/dryer provided but you will need to bring laundry soap. Dishwasher tabs are supplied. Large refrigerator in kitchen and freezer (they had a maintenance person arriving on the 31st of July to address the freezer) But we were able to chip away the overgrowth of ice enough to close the refrigerator unit enough to use it during our stay. There are stores to purchase anything you may need for your stay all within a 1-5 mins walk as the property supplies minimal paper products and one dish towel. We were there during hot weather with high humidity and thankful that the windows in the living room, bedrooms, and along the stairwell opened. They provided 3 fans for the entire home which were not working well, but after communication were assured these would be addressed for future renters. Overall, it was a fine say for our group. However, please note that you should bring upgraded ear plugs for sleeping as the noise from the night clubs is quite loud. They supplied foam ear plugs, but did not seem to help, as we had to sleep with the windows open due to the heat. I would suggest upgrading to true noise reduction ear buds or non foam ear plugs. Overall, this place is all about location and space which cannot be beat!!

The apartment is in need of some TLC it's not like the pictures, it's a little shabby, bathrooms on the 1st floor, windows need cleaning, carpets are pulled in places and marked, mattresses and pillows need protectors on. remotes in some bedrooms don't work with the TV,

Very Central property

This is so central to York . Right next to the market and all the bars. Ear plugs provided to help block out the city noise. 4 Double bedrooms , all with ensuite so great for a group of friends. Looking tired so could do with a bit of TLC however we will still be returning as the location is so good

Wonderful property

Location is wonderful in the heart of the city. Tons of attractions and of course beautiful pubs to visit. Bedrooms were also large with each having its own bathroom/shower. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic location, perfect property for a group. The kitchen was a little dark and tired but more than adequate. The property booking service was excellent.

In the Center of Everything

A bit difficult to find because there is no address number on or near the door. Great location in the middle of everything, although a bit noisy into the night because it is in the middle of everthing. No shampoo, conditioner, bath soap provided, but otherwise a really great to stay.
