We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastheer Christophe. Gedurende ons ganse verblijf en ook de dagen ervoor was hij goed bereikbaar. We kregen steeds snel antwoord op onze vragen en hebben heel veel tips gekregen voor uitstapjes, marktjes, winkels, etc... Het mooi verzorgd huis zelf was prachtig en voorzien van alle benodigdheden om een topvakantie te hebben. Het was zeer aangenaam vertoeven in het huis en voornamelijk in de prachtige keuken die door het systeem van een schuifdeur die helemaal open kan, een verlengstuk was van het groot open terras en aansluitend zwembad. De locatie is ook perfect om van daaruit de prachtige streek te verkennen. We hebben een topvakantie gehad met dank aan Christophe en Villa Semat. Een absolute aanrader.

Reeds voor vertrek op vakantie was er een vlot contact met de eigenaar. Bij aankomst kregen we een duidelijke rondleiding in een woning die van alle benodigdheden voorzien is met het zwembad als een heel grote meerwaarde. Er was ook een flesje wijn en koud water voor de kinderen voorzien wat na een lange rit zeker geapprecieerd werd. De eigenaar was altijd vlot bereikbaar en heeft ons verschillende keren geholpen met advies en tips. Hij heeft ook verschillende keren tijdens ons verblijf het onderhoud op zwembad en de tuin gedaan, zonder dat we ooit het gevoel hadden dat dit impact had op onze privacy. Het huis zelf is heel goed en rustig gelegen op een half uurtje rijden van Carcassonne, wat zeker handig is als je eens boodschappen moet gaan doen of een daguitstap wil doen. Alle kamers zijn voldoende ruim. De keuken is perfect uitgerust.

Mooi proper en verzorgd huis van alle comfort voorzien. Je komt binnen langs de deur en je moet meteen een tiental trappen naar boven. Op de eerste verdieping ligt dan de ruime woonkamer, slaapkamer, wc, ruime dressing en ga je door naar de keuken. De keuken is van alle comfort voorzien en geeft uit op een ruim terras. De trap naar de tweede verdieping is niet beveiligd, dus met kleine kinderen of personen die zich niet zo zelfzeker voelen, zeker opletten! Het zwembad is ruim en zeer verzorgd. Als je met kleine kinderen gaat, wel opletten, er is een trap naar de tuin en een stijle helling naar het zwembad. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Bij kleine issues deed hij meteen het nodige zonder je privacy te storen. De bedden waren netjes gemaakt en het huis was heel proper. De ontvangst heb ik zelden zo fijn meegemaakt. Een aanrader!

Charmant huis in het midden van een kleine stad. Heerlijk zwembad. ingesloten door het groen. Perfect om tot rust te komen. Het huis is volledig en goed uitgerust. Keuken met alle toestellen. (oven, microgolf, inductievuur, vaatwasmachine, ...) Goed gelegen om de naburige bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken. Super vakantie.
