Wisteria Cottage is a lovely home from home from which to explore this diverse area of Devon. One well behaved dog welcome please add to booking. Note: From the 1st May through to the end of September, all bookings must start on a Friday

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Front patio garden with table and chairs. One well behaved dog welcome, sorry no smoking. Shop 1 miles, pub 1 miles, beach 3.5 miles. Note: This property is reached via a number of stone steps. Note: This property has low beams in the bedroom. Note: From the 1st May through to the end of September, all bookings must start on a Friday. Note: Castle Barton Tearooms opening times. We are open 11.00am to 4.30pm on Sundays throughout the year.

Town: Situated within the South Hams in Devon, is the small village of Marldon. This village plays host to a village hall, a pub serving food, a Post Office and a shop, in addition to a number of local businesses. For local attractions there is Babbacombe Model Village, Riverdart Country Park and Woodlands Leisure Park, each situated close by. Alternatively, Torquay can be found within 4 miles, where you explore the array of wonderful beaches, a colourful marina, theatre entertainment and restaurants. Closer to home is the seaside town of Paignton, where younger visitors will be delighted with Paignton Zoo, Splashdown Quaywest Waterpark and the sandy beach with a wonderful pier. Marldon is a delightful base, ideal for exploring the surrounding area.
